I watched as the melted ice that leaked through the plastic bag traced his jawline as it slowly slid down. With one hand, my numb fingers held the bag against the bruise on his head, and I used my other hand to keep his head from swinging with the rough turns Cameron took. His body layed across the back; his legs on Nash's lap and his head on mine. Aaron had shotgun.

When we finally arrived, a few nurses, who were expecting us, due to Carter calling them and letting them know, helped us get Taylor to the Emergency Room. When the doctor finally came, he asked us to leave. We waited outside anxiously. I called Jack J. to see if they made it out of the hotel yet.

"What did they say?" Cameron asked after I hung up.

"He said the police finally came and cleared everyone out. They're on their way," I replied based on what Jack told me.

"Okay," he paused and stared at the floor for a few seconds before he continued to talk. "Hey, um...I'll be right back, okay? Call me when they get here," he finally said and quickly took off.

I was alone. Aaron went to the bathroom, and Nash left to call Taylor's parents to let them know. I can't imagine how worried Taylor's parents would be right now. I literally can't, I've never had anyone worry about me that way. No one ever worries if I'm okay, or if I'm hurt. Not even me.

"Where's Cam?" I turned my head to see Nash standing.

"I don't know, he said he'll be right back," I replied,"He didn't tell me where he went."

"Aaron's still in the bathroom?" He asked as he sat down next to me.

"Yeah."

I looked away from him, but I felt like he was looking at me. I slowly turned my head towards him. He was looking at me. I stared at him while he stared at me, and tried to imagine us the way we were last night. It's the same guy, I convinced myself. Those are the same blue eyes, but it's different.

"Do you think he'll be okay?" I asked breaking the silence.

"Of course he'll be okay," he said forcing his lips to a fake smile.

"Will you tell me?" I asked.

As soon as he realized what I was talking about, a nervous look pasted onto his face.

"You know what? You don't have to tell me," I told him. "In fact you don't have to tell anyone. It's up to you, it doesn't matter what they say. Whatever it is, if you feel more comfortable keeping it to yourself, then do so. It'll be okay. Don't even think about it. Just take a deep breath, and stop worrying for a minute. There's no reason to blame everything on yourself. We're all doing this together. We'll figure it out. Right?"

"Of course," he nodded and smiled, but his eyes were down, staring at my lips. He looked up at my eyes, then looked back down at my lips again, as if he was asking for permission. I gave a slight nod, and that's all it took. He pushed his lips on mine and started kissing me. I felt an energy of electricity take over my body. I used that energy to kiss him back.
