He looked up at Nash and displayed a smirk. The same smirk I see him do in his Instagram pictures.

"Same reason you did what you did last night Nash," he answered.

"You know?" Nash asked with guilt in his voice.

"Did you really think someone as reckless as me would fall asleep as smoothly as the rest of your friends?"

He asked accusingly, but he still had a smile on his face, so I couldn't tell if he was mad at Nash.

"Look," Taylor continued, "I was just trying to prove to him that I didn't need him, that's all. I didn't know things would end up this bad."

"Yeah, things didn't turn out too good for me neither," Nash laughed. "So.. what's up with the baseball bat?"

"Just in case," he answered with a laugh.

     Nash and I laughed back.

"On a serious note though, you can't do this alone, none of us can. This could've ended worse," Nash told Taylor.

     Taylor nodded in response.

"We are all gonna do this together, alright? Even Inaya," Nash smiled as he glanced over at me. I smiled back at them. " We have to be the family we are meant to be. This time it'll be real. No scripted lines, fake relationships, or assigned personalities. We can do this. We can do this without him."

Nash's has a way with words, they can make you smile at the worst situations. Taylor was still smiling when he held his arms out gesturing for a hug. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be involved in the hug, so I let Nash go first, but then they both pulled me in with one arm each.

After the hug, Nash and I walked out and Matt and Cameron went in to see Taylor. I wonder if he'll be as open to them as he was to us. Maybe he'll tell them more than we could've even guessed. Either way, we all need the truth. We are all desperate for it.

"When you and Taylor were talking, 'him' was referred to as Bart, right?" I asked when Nash and I sat back down.

"No, we were talking about Justin Timberlake," Nash answered.

     We both laughed.

"Just making sure, didn't think I should assume."

     We laughed again.

"I love you," he whispered after he finished laughing.

I leaned over and kissed him on the cheek, "I love you too."

Cameron waked out with Matt right behind him.

"We should start heading back, guys. It's getting late," Cameron announced.

"Yeah okay, but we have to find a different hotel. We can't go back there," Nash warned as he stood up.

No one asked any questions, they just went along with what he said. They know that Nash is more aware of what's going than the rest of them.

"What about our stuff?" Johnson asked.

"We'll go back to get our things, but we can't stay the night there," Nash replied.

They nodded in response, and they started heading back to their cars.

Once again, Cameron drove, Aaron had shotgun, and Nash and I had the back seat.

"So when are we coming back for Taylor?" Aaron asked Cameron.

"Tomorrow morning around ten," he responded.
