Betty's POV:

I swear we were just staring at each other for hours and hours on end. This moment was pure perfection. We hadn't even said a single word to each other yet. I could tell that I was going to be the dominate one in this relationship. So I spoke up,"Hi, I'm Betty." She had a smile that could light up the whole world. And then I heard the beautiful voice that came out of it,"I'm Skylar." Her voice was like silk, pure and smooth, it was heaven. We were both so awkward but unlike me, her's was adorable. She put her arms behind her back with one arm holding the other. I then grabbed her hands gently and squeezed them, reassuring her that I wasn't bothered by her. "Hey, don't be nervous. I'm not that bad, honest." I said, trying to lighten up the mood. She laughed and spoke again,"I know it's just that...you're so perfect it's hard to accept." She looked down at the floor, her cheeks becoming a dark crimson. "You're adorable, you know that?" She shook her head denying her beauty but nonetheless asked,"Hey do you want to go back to my house maybe?" God she was so cute! "Sure! Let me just text my dads and see what they say." I quickly pulled my phone out and texted them."Is that an iPhone 5c?" A voice behind me said. "Uh yeah." "I have one too! Except it's a 5s for its fingerprint identity sensor, faster camera, and a chip with 64-bit architecture." "Wow, you really are a nerd huh?" She looked to the floor again and I lifted her chin up with my fingers,"Luckily for you, I find nerds extremely cute." I kissed her sweetly to let her know that she could trust me and be open with me. And it worked. As soon as we got to her house, she said hi to her parents and she led me to her room. Immediately I noticed all the band posters and Minecraft stuff. "Can I be honest with you? Like completely?" I nodded my head, smiling at how my many tricks along the way worked. "I'm really nervous around you. I'm usually not like this, well I'm always annoying, but I can be fun at times. Oh who am I kidding? I'm horrible, I'm just a waste of time, I should just-" I shut her up with a soft, but passionate kiss. "Listen love, you are NOT any of those things. I've only known you for about an hour and you're one of the best people I've ever met. I know this might be too soon but...I think I love you." I was terrified of what would happen next but I really shouldn't have. She just stepped closer and hugged me tight. "I love you too." Just those four words made my heart beat 100x faster. A few hours later all we did was get to know each other better, with a few (okay maybe more than a few) exceptions of kissing and cuddling. I found out that her favourite colour is actually violet, her favourite animal is a black panther, favourite food is sushi, and favourite game is Minecraft. These are the best moments of my life. She invited me to sleep over so I did, naturally. We were snuggled up in her covers, her favourite movies, Star Wars. She was the best girlfriend ever. Wait, were we girlfriends? I don't know."Sky?" "Yeah?" "What are we?" "I'll be whatever you want me to be love." She kissed the top of my head gently. I heard her soft snores from beside me and I almost fell asleep too, if it wasn't for a phone call from the hospital.
