JONAH'S POV
She gasps as she sees the mini movie theater, spread out in front of her. I'll never get tired of watching her as she experiences new things.
I love her smile. Her real one. Not her fake one, as it only dims the light. But when she really smiles it lights up the world.
She looks around and looks at the shelves of movies. She runs over to it. She reads the movies and then her face lights up. She runs back over with a movie. She hands it to Jaylen. Jaylen begins to smirk at me.
"What?" I sigh.
"Now you have to watch it again!" My sister says. I groan.
"How can you NOT like Princess Bride?" Carina asks, her mouth dropping open.
"Um, uh." I try and answer. I just don't.
"He's a boy that's how! But whatever. We can watch it without your boyfriend." Jaylen says, making Carina roll her eyes.
"Hmm. Is it that you don't want your bad boy rep to be destroyed by watching a movie you enjoy" Carina asks, a small smile on her face.
"How do you know I enjoy it?" I argue, but totally bluffing. I love that movie.
"Because, you wouldn't have groaned. If you groan that means your conflicted. And also I can tell you're bluffing." Carina replies.
"Okay you win." I give in.
"HA!" She yells in a childish voice, her lovely smile displayed on her face.
"Now how you make this play?" She asks, making a face of confusion.
I hold out a hand and she places it in my hand. I walk over to the player and put it in.
Carina goes to a seat at the very back of the theater room. I sit next to her as Jaylen sit's on the other side.
"Wait." Carina says suddenly.
"What?" I ask.
"We forgot the food." She replies.
"Oh yeah. That." Jaylen says as she grabs my girlfriend's hand and leads her to the counter with all sorts of movie theater snacks and drinks.
"Holy crap, what do you guys not have?" Carina exclaims.
I chuckle.
"I could make a list, but I'm too lazy." I tell her.
"Who's not?" Jaylen snickers.
They sit back down with popcorn, candy, nachos, and Icees. The snacks are distributed all but the popcorn. Carina keeps it for herself.
The movie starts, and all throughout it we laugh. The whole time we are commenting and repeating characters. I haven't really had fun like this in a while.
"Okay, so what's next?" Jaylen asks.
"Um, I don't know. What do you guys want to do?" Carina replies.
"I don't know." I answer.
"Let's go swimming." Jaylen says.
Carina immediately becomes uncomfortable. She tenses, and her expression changes.
