Jannat enters Macleans,with her back pack slung across her back. She instantly spots Ted and Barney at their usual booth. She slides into there booth,putting her backpack on the ground.
"Well look who's finally free." Ted states smiling. Jannat smiles pulling out her laptop from her back pack. She grabs Barney's drink; drowning it, and just unwinds for a little bit. The last week has been quite hectic; between work and med school she hasn't had a lot of spare time. But now it was Friday and she didn't have work this weekend; so today was officially time to unwind and hang out with her friends.
"Man, look at the nerd! Studying on a Friday!" Barney points out laughing. Jannat rolls her eyes as she continues to do her work smiling.
Robin happily walks into the bar and stands in front of there booth. "Say your my bitch!"
"I'm your bitch," Ted replies before looking at her confused," why this time?" He asks.
"Because tonight, I am getting us all into 'Okay'." Robin says excitedly.
"'Okay'!? Awesome!!" Barney states excitedly. Jannat looks at the two confused clearly not in the loop.
"What's going on, did I just have a stroke?" Ted asks happening to be in the same boat as Jannat.
Barney rolls his eyes at Ted,"'Okay' is the name of a club. Yeah, it's supposed to be incredibly exclusive. This friend of mine once waited outside for two hours, he couldn't get in." He explains.
Jannat smirks, "And by friend he means himself." Jannat mocks.
"No it was a friend," Barney argues; his voice slightly higher than normal.
"A friend of yours named you?" Jannat asks typing away on her laptop.
Barney groans and glares at her,"No... a friend of mine named, shut up." He says closing her laptop. She screams just barely saving her fingertips from being squashed by the laptop. She groans hitting Barney over the head, "That's for almost decapitating my fingers!"
Robin smirks proudly sitting frown beside Ted; "Yeah, well the owner goes to my gym. It turns out that he is a fan of my reporting for Metro News One. So now, I'm on the list for tonight." Robin say proudly.
"Yay! Go robin" Jannat encourages her friend.
"Nice going, Scherbatsky. You're becoming a long and difficult-to-spell household name." Ted answers.
Robin grin grows as she continues to tell her friends her story, "He's even getting me into the VIP room."
Barney smirks taking his drink back, "Yeah, he just wants to show you his own VIP if you know what I mean..."
Jannat looks at him with a disgusted look on her face,"Okay, what does 'VIP' stand for in your universe?"
Barney sits there silent for a minute before replying, "I know that the 'P' is penis."
