“Connor!” A voice yells into the room and I jolt awake, my heart pounding a million miles a second.
“God damn it Cam, you scared the crap out of me!” I holler at the boy who’s leaning nonchalantly against the door frame as I throw a pillow at him; which unfortunately he manages to catch it easily.
“Well good morning to you too, beautiful,” Cam says with a grin and I roll my eyes at him as Connor pulls the covers up over his head.
“What are you even doing in here, Cam?” I ask him, feeling irritated that he woke me up.
“I came in to yell at Connor for so rudely hoarding you to himself.” Cam says in a bored voice as if it’s the most obvious reason in the world.
Connor growls from underneath the covers, “Cam, shut the fuck up, I’m trying to sleep!” He yells, pulling the covers tighter around his head and Cam just laughs.
“Let me have Ru for a few hours and I’ll let you go back to sleep.”
Connor grumbles something incoherently and I glare at Cam. No fucking way am I going to let myself be pimped out for sleep, who the fuck do these boys think they are!
“What if I want to sleep more?” I ask Cam, my voice coming out as a whine.
“Too bad, I’m kidnapping you anyways.”
“Well, wait, why’d you even come in yelling for Connor anyways?” I ask him, feeling suspicious.
“Oh, that; that was just because Connor get’s cranky when people take his things.” Connor grumbles again, and I glare at Cam.
“Connor doesn’t own me, Cam. I’m my own fucking person.” I snap and he laughs at me, which just infuriates me even more, “This isn’t fucking funny1” I yell at him.
Connor tugs me closer to him, pulling the covers up closer to my head.
“She’ll spend a couple hours with you later,” Connor says, finally speaking in more than an incoherent grumble.
“But Ru,” Cam whines, “I want to hang out with you know!”
“God, Cam! You’re so irritating in the morning!” I grumble, and he pretends to look upset, “I’ll hang out with you later; I swear.”
“Do you promise?” He asks me, and I stare at him blankly before sighing.
“Yes, I cross my heart and swear to die,” I say, making an “x” over my heart with my index finger and then holding my right hand up solemnly. “Now, would you please kindly get the fuck out of my room.” I say, my voice sugary sweet but it’s impossible to miss the commanding tone it has. “And shut your door on the way out.” I add in, winking at him.
Cam grins, chucking as he turns on his heels; closing the door behind him once he leaves.
Connor pulls me underneath the covers, so that the covers finally go over the top of my head. “Finally,” He says, his voice low, “I thought he’d never leave.”
Before I can say anything in response, Connors lips are on mine. This kiss isn’t like any of the others we’ve had. His mouth is hot and demanding against mine. His tongue slips into my slightly open mouth, and he explores the inside of my mouth with it. I tangle my hands in his messy hair, pulling his hair slightly and his kisses me harder.
