Where am I

Walking to the Tetra's house was the last thing I wanted to do that day but I did it anyway. With two of my friends after a hot sweaty day at school with the gym being my last hour. I was dressed in a violet dress that reached to my ankles and had short sleaves. On top of the dress, I put a red leather vest and white boots. my friends and I were originally gonna roleplay the game Legend of Zelda four swords so before we left the school I changed into costume. My hair was down but I had some of it combed over one eye and I just dyed it blue the other day. Thank goodness its the weekend now. When the bell rang I grabbed my bag and went to the back parking lot where my friends Tetra, and Owen said we would walk to the lake from there. After two minutes of standing there waiting both showed up.

"It's about time. I thought I was gonna become cooked food as hot as it is." I said.

"Tell me about it I'll be glad when we're there at the lake," Tetra said. The three of us laughed as we started to walk to the lake. I pulled out my iPhone to call my mom to tell where I was going when it wouldn't turn on. I just charged it this morning. I took the battery out then put it back but that didn't seem to work. As I was doing so Tetra and Owen managed to talk about weird stuff. None of it would have irritated me if my phone worked right.

"Wouldn't it be cool if we got transported to another life."

"Or to a game." Tetra laughed as she replied. I was about to throw my phone on the ground when they asked me.

"What about you Sam, What do you think?" Tetra asked me. I looked up and said

"Yeah, it totally sounds like a blast." Owen looked at me with a puzzled look

"Why the attitude?"

"Well-" Before I could reply I tripped over a rock and dropped my phone on the ground causing the screen to crack. 'You have got to be kidding me?!' I thought.

"UGH, can this day get any worse?" I grabbed the broken phone off the ground. As I grabbed my now destroyed android, some kind of purplish whole appeared in front of me. My friends and I walked up to it out of pure curiosity and as we stepped through it, it was too late to turn back because it closed. 'Where are we? What is this place?' I thought. I looked around and spotted a castle with twilight engulfing it. Then it dawned on me. 'Hyrule! We're in Hyrule field or is it Picori territory? either way, I managed to get in the game with my friends!' I gasped just as Owen asked what I first thought.

"Where are we?"

"I saw this in the Minish cap before Vaati I believe his name was but this also looks like Hyrule field in Twilight Princess so either it's the Picori's territory or Hyrule field," I said still trying to cope with all this.

Owen looked around "Well It doesn't look like the Minish cap so I would say Hyrule field," Owen continued to scan the area

"How would you know?" Tetra asked, overwhelmed by her surroundings.

"Well, for starters I've played this so many times it's recognizable to me anywhere really. " After I said that, a girl with a white and pink dress with blonde hair tied back in a ponytail with a red bow ran past me. I looked curiously and she stopped and turned around. She ran up to me and looked at me with a curious look.

"Hello." She said with a small smile. She looked so familiar but yet I couldn't put a name to the young girl.

"Hello," I said back returning her smile.

"Who are you? I've never seen you guys around here before." She asked.

"I'm Samantha, This is my friend Owen and my friend, Tetra. We're from a different world. We ended up here because a portal opened and we walked through it."

"I see. Well, I am Princess Zelda, from the kingdom Hyrule" As soon as she said her name my eyes widened and I bowed.

"It's such a pleasure to meet you, your highness."

"The pleasure is all mine." She smiled.

"If you don't mind me asking, but why were you running? you looked rather... scared." She continued to smile but she had a sad look in her eyes.

"Well, have you heard of the stories of a Demon King."

"You mean Ganon?" My eyes widen I never liked him

"Yes. well, he has rained over my kingdom once more. He had someone who used to make the Minish a slave but he got so sick of the abuse he walked out and never came back. His name Vaati, he is a wind mage. But since he left Ganondorf kidnapped Vaati and Link. Link's other three companions Red, Blue, and Vio tried fighting them off but Shadow, Ganondorf created him to destroy the four heroes but they got hurt and well, they didn't survive Shadow. The least I can do now is save Link and Vaati. I am looking for both of them" I looked at her with sadness and horror in my eyes and a tad bit of fear.

"That's horrible."

"I managed to escape before he locked me up but now he overtook my kingdom." I looked at my friends which were goofing off.

"Please excuse them," I said. I yawned. What a day this has been and yet I still couldn't get my phone to turn on. I sighed Vaati and Link kidnapped by the Demon King and all because Vaati refused to sell his soul and work for him what kind of monsters are in this world. Horrible ones that's for sure but since I was here and so were my friends I decided to help the Princess.

"I am willing to help you if that is okay with you Princess Zelda,"

"I would be so honored to have such companions as you to help me take back my castle and rid this evil," Princess Zelda said with a small smile. Tetra and Owen looked at me like I said something crazy. I turned to them

"Let's be the heroes and help the princess." The four of us started to walk to the nearest place we were and there we found the Lost woods.
