Chapter-3

Kai's (POV)

I was surprised when someone bumped into me. My nose was filled with the scent of strawberry and roses. The scent was so sweet and I realized it was the smell of an unmated omega. It was so overwhelming. I look down to see who had bumped into and saw a cute creature in front of me. He have big round eyes, a cute button nose and a freaking heart shaped lips that I want to kiss so much. Then realisation hit me hard, the omega who is standing in front of me, is my omega, my mate.

I look around and saw that the female alphas and male alphas were looking at my omega as if he was a piece of meat and it made me pissed off. So I accidentally growled. And I realised that my omega took a step back in surprise with trembling legs. 'Well done Kai you fucking scared your mate' I mentally cursed at myself.

Kyungsoo's (POV)

I wanted to run away so much. "Are you okay?" A deep, manly voice asked. And I realised that the voice belonged to the alpha I bumped into. "I-I am fine, thank you." I said. "What is your name?" He suddenly asked. "K-Kyungsoo and you?" I asked timidly. "I am Kai. Don't need to ne scared. I don't bite you know." He, kai said. I nodded and smiled unsurely. "Let's go inside or else we will be late." He said and in panic, I hold his hand suddenly realizing how I was already late and dragged him inside the university building.

Author's (POV)

Kai was looking at their joined hands all the way inside. He was amazed by how small Kyungsoo's hand was compared to his. They reached the reception and Kyungsoo blushed when he finally realised that he was still holding the alpha's hand. Kai smirked a little. He turned to the receptionist and said, "Hello. We are nee students here. Please give us our schedules and other papers which we need." The receptionist asked what their names were. And she gave them their schedules and a map of the school building. "What's your class's room number?" Kai asked. "3AD." Kyungsoo answered. "Oh great mine is 1AD. My class is close to yours." Kai said and gave a big smile to Kyungsoo making the smaller smile back.

Kyungsoo's (POV)

After we got our schedules, he walked me to my class and then went back to go to his class after telling me to meet him in the cafeteria at lunch. I don't know why but being with Kai makes me happy and safe. I went inside my class with a smile on my face. I look around the class some were talking to each other and some were just minding their own business. I walked towards the last bench and sat down there. After 5 minutes or so the bell rang and some of the other students who were outside came in. One of them was an alpha who looks scary. He sat down beside me.

Max's (POV)

When I went inside my classroom, I was attacked by a sweet smell. It was the smell of strawberry and rose. I look around and saw a cute omega sitting on the last bench. He is so beautiful. I just wanna mate him and make him mine. I knew that he isn't my mate. But who cares. If I want him, then I will get him no matter what. Even if I had to kill someone for it. I walked towards where he was sitting and sat down beside him. I took in his scent and I can smell his heat coming. I would like to pound on him. He looks so innocent and I just wanted to take him then and there. But it's a shame we are in class. If we were somewhere else I would have mated him already.

Kyungsoo's (POV)

"What is your name little omega?" the alpha who sitting beside me asked in a flirty tone and it disgusted me. "I am D.O" I said. D.O is my nickname and I am not gonna tell someone like him my real name. "Ohh. You know your heat is approaching. I can sense it coming. And it smells nice baby." I froze but cringed when he called me 'baby'. "Call me Max." He said but before he could say any other words the teacher came in.

The teacher made us introduce ourselves in front of the whole class as most of us were new and didnt knew each other at all. I just introduced myself as D.O. After the introduction, the teacher started teaching us. And I just took notes but Max was staring at me so intensely that I felt as if he was staring at my soul. I spend my class sitting with an uncomfortable feeling because of his stares.

Time skip💞💞

My fourth class is about to be finished. Just as the teacher finished explaining the paragraph he was reading the bell rang signalling that it was lunch times. The teachers and other students literally ran out of the class. Me and Max were the only students inside the class now. I slowly and neatly put my books and pens inside my bag and walked towards the door so that I can to the cafeteria to meet Kai because I am missing him and his scent as much as that sounds so.... perverted but anyway I just really miss him already.

Just as I was about to walk out of the door, someone gripped at my wrist. That someone was Max. He pulled me inside and pushed me up against the wall beside the door. I tried to push him away from me but he pinned my hands. He leaned down his head so that his head was next to my neck. He started licking and sucking on the skin of my neck. I just whimpered helplessly. I whimpered everytime he bit down on my skin but not with enough force to break my skin. I just wish someone would help me.

Will Kai be able to save Kyungsoo or not?
