Chapter-16

Author's (POV)

Kai and Kyungsoo was laying in their bed. Jihoon was with Lay and Suho. "Kai what will happen if I die in this life too." Kyungsoo asked out of no where. Kai turned his head and looked at his mate. His heart squeezed painfully when he saw a single tear roll down his mate's face. "I won't let you die. I promise. Even if I get killed I won't let them get you. I will fight for you until death comes to me." Kai answered. Kyungsoo turned his head around and hugged Kai. His head on Kai's chest then he started sobbing. "But I don't want you to die. I want to have you and have a family with you. and live with you till both us get old and rusty" He sobbed out. "Soo I won't. I won't die. We can be a happy family after all this finish." Kai said rubbing kyungsoo's back in comfort.

Kyungsoo's sobs stopped after a while but he didn't let go of Kai. Their moment was broken when there was a knock in the door. "Come in." Kai said. The door opened and Tao came in. "Kai your dad said we will have to move into the new house tomorrow. He also said we don't need to bring anything except our clothes and the kitchen, bedroom etc are all set." He said. Kai nodded his head. After that Tao went out.

Tao's (POV)

Kyungsoo looked so sad when I saw him. I hope Kris will be all okay after all this finish. I am dead worried about Kris. I can't live without him nor can I stand the fact that he might get hurt during all this but I know my worry was nothing compared to Kyungsoo's. He is having worst than what I am having. I sighed deeply and went to my room to see Kris sleeping on the bed. I smiled a little seeing him. I got on the bed laying beside him. I look at his face and whispered 'don't get hurt. Don't leave me. I can't stay without you.' Then I closed my eyes. Before I fall asleep I felt his arms wrapped around me.

Kyungsoo's (POV)

After I calmed down fully, I let go of Kai and kissed him. "I love you." I said. "I love you too Soo. So much. I love you to the moon." He said making my heart beat faster. I smiled at him with a blush. "I will get Jihoon from Lay hyung. Get ready to pack the clothes." Kai said getting out of the bed. I nod at him then he went outside the room. I got a bag from Kai's closet and started packing our clothes. After a while Kai came in with Jihoon and helped me in packing.

After we were done packing, we went inside the forest with jihoon just to relax. We sat down near a tree. I really wanted to try my powers. So I decided to do it. I stood up and remember what Hyunsik said about his power. 'Just imagine it.' I pushed my hands in front of me and imagined lifting the rock which was in front of me and strange enough I succeeded in doing it and after lifting it I imaged crushing it. I made a fist while imagining to crush it and for real the rock broke into pieces. I gasp at what I was able to do.

"Wow soo you already know how to do it." Kai said in surprise. "Wow." I said. I didn't expect myself to be able to do it but I did. Oh My god. I feel so happy. "I did it. I really did that in first try." I said. He just looked at me proudly. "You are really good Soo." He said after a while. We spent some time in the forest for a while. Only the three of us but went inside eventually.

Kai's (POV)

Kyungsoo went to help mom and Luhan in cooking. My dad gathered all the alphas and betas so that we could talk about our plans to save Kyungsoo from the head alpha of 'Dark Shadow'. So I gave jihoon to Baekhyun hyung and joined the gathering. And we planned everything.

After our plan was made, it was already 6 pm so we all decided to wash up and eat dinner. When we all finished washing up we ate our dinner together. We spent the remaining time watching a movie. It feels so calm to stay like this with our families.

I hope when this all problems are solved I could form a happy family with Kyungsoo. I look down at my lap where Jihoon was sitting watching the T.V as if he understands the movie it was playing. It is funny how I really got an omega son so soon after we just mated. It's a wonder. I never really thought I would be able to take care of a baby. But here I am taking care of a small cute toddler.

But I am happy that I got Jihoon. And all over that jihoon isn't like other child who just keeps crying. Jihoon is really calm natured which makes me wonder what kind of omega he would be like. I don't know what future has in store for me but one thing I knew is I won't let anyone hurt Kyungsoo and jihoon nor our unborn pups.

Jihoon fall asleep after a while. After the movie ended we all said goodnight to each other and went to our own rooms. Me and Kyungsoo went to our room with me carrying our sleeping Jihoon. I slowly put him down on the bed then me and kyungsoo also laid down beside Jihoon. I pulled up the blanket over us and both of us fall asleep after saying 'goodnight' again.
