Chapter-4

Author's (POV)

Kai had spend his four classes, thinking about his omega. His small, sweet pretty omege which he had just met. When the bell rang, signalling that it was lunch time, all the students ran outside quickly including the teacher. He was the last one to walk out of the class. He was excited to meet Kyungsoo in the cafeteria. When he was walking out of his class, he heard a whimper come out of Kyungsoo's class room. But he shooked his head thinking that his mind was playing games. But when he heard the whimper again his heart fell. The whimper sounded so much like Kyungsoo's voice. And his instinct was telling him to go inside Kyungsoo's class room. So he followed his instinct. He went inside the room and what he saw make him see red with rage.

Kai's (POV)

I felt anger rising in me when I saw an alpha harassing my omega. My omega was trying to push the alpha away with all his strength but he was obviously weaker than the alpha. So I walked towards them and separated them. I shield Kyungsoo from the alpha. "Who the hell are you?" The alpha asked to me. "Well I should be the one asking you that Mr." I retorted. His eyes flashed red. "Who the hell are you to ruin my time with my omega.?" The alpha asked furious. "Your omega? Hah Mr. He is my omega you are messing with. And you do anything like this again, I will kill you." I threatened, growling.

Kyungsoo's (POV)

I was so scared. But also relieved to find out that Kai was my alpha. 'So this was the reason why I felt happy to be with him.' I thought to myself. Kai's eyes was now glowing bright golden. I knew that if Kai stayed longer in front of Max, a fight may break out. So I decided to do something. "K-kai please take me out of here." I said hugging his waist. Instantly, his eyes turned hazel brown again. Kai looked back at me. He picked me up easily. I wrapped my hands around his neck and my legs around his waist. "Mark my words Mr. whoever the fuck you are." Kai warned Max before we walked out of the class with my bag.

Kai's (POV)

After we walked out of the class, I went to my class and took my bag. I don't even want to stay in this university any longer or else I might end up ripping someone apart. I took in Kyungsoo's scent to calm myself down a little. But I tensed up when I smelled his heat. I nuzzled my nose in his neck and gave the skin a long lick. Then we walked to where the reception was. "What are you doing here?" The receptionist asked. "We would like to return home for now. It's emergency." I said. I put down Kyungsoo and took my phone out of my bag and called my mom.

Me: hello mom.
Mom: jongin is everything ok? Why are you calling at this time?
Me: Mom please pick me up from my university now.
Mom: ok ok. Wait a little.

Then I hanged up the call. I put my phone back inside my bag. "I am sleepy Kai." Kyungsoo whined at me. We sat down on the bench which was in front of the reception desk. He quickly laid his head on my shoulder and quickly fall asleep.

Author's (POV)

After waiting for a while, Kai saw his mother's car parked outside and saw his mother coming out of the car. Mrs. Kim ran inside the school in a panic mode. She smiled in relief but frowned when she saw Kyungsoo. She walked towards them and looked questioningly at Kai. "Mom I will explain everything in the car." He said and she nodded. She picked up their bags while Kai held Kyungsoo. Kyungsoo was still sleeping, clinging to Kai like a koala bear. And they walked out of the building towards their car, getting inside.

Kai sat on the backseat. His mother started the car engine and drove back towards their home. "So what happened?" Mrs. Kim asked. And kai explained everything to his mother. "Well... jongin take care of him. We omegas are really sensitive. And I also think that he doesn't have a pack because no pack will leave their pack omegas alone when they are so near to their heat. I am surprised that he survived without a pack." She said.

Kai's (POV)

We reached home in 9 minutes. I woke Kyungsoo up. "Babe wake up we are here." I said. "Where are we Kai?" He asked. "We are at my house babe." I said. When we entered the house I saw my dad and siblings looking at me with concern. "I am fine guys." I said before they could ask me. Taemin's eyes falls on Kyungsoo who was standing awkwardly beside me. He came running towards us with a huge smile and started pinching Kyungsoo's face while cooing over him. "Oh my god who is this cute and squishy omega." He squealed causing my left eye to twitch in possessiveness. "Hyung he is MY omega and I would really appreciate it if you could keep your hands away from MY goddamn OMEGA." I said in anger.

He took his hands away. Everyone was looking at me and Kyungsoo in surprise and were giving me confused looks. "Mom please explain to them." I said and dragged Kyungsoo to my room leaving my mother to explain the whole situation. I closed the door when we were inside. I took out a plain while shirt and a small sweatpant to Kyungsoo. "Go and change." I said pointing to the bathroom.

He immediately went inside with the clothes I gave him. I also changed into something more comfortable. He came out after a while but he was only wearing yhe shirt and it reached his thighs. "The pant is too big for me." He said, giving me the pants back, with a blush on his face. I couldn't take my eyes away from him. He looks so innocent yet so sexy. His porcelain skin makes me want to mark him up so bad.

I walked towards him, backing him up against the wall and kissed his neck. He willingly threw his head back giving me more access to his skin. He moaned when I sucked on his collarbone making me feel a sense of pride. But I stopped myself from taking him right then and there. "Let's cuddle baby." I said and he nodded. We cuddled on our bed and eventually fall asleep.
