Chapter-12

Author's (POV)

After a while Kyungsoo came out with a sleeping pup in his arms. "Is he okay?" Kris asked. "I think so." Kyungsoo answered with a sigh. "He is so cute." Sehun said. And Kyungsoo nodded in agreement. "I think we should give him a name." Tao said. "Let's call him Jihoon." Kai said coming up with a name fast. Just then the front door bell rang. Chanyeol went to open the door. He came inside with Kai's and Kyungsoo's parents. Kyungsoo's parents froze when they saw Baekhyun. "Baek, son, is it you?" Kyunghyun called. And Baekhyun nodded. Yoonmi hugged his long lost son. Kai's parents were a little confused about what was happening so Kai explained it to him.

Kai's (POV)

After the explaining was done, I told dad about the abandoned baby, which we decided to name Jihoon. "We can give him to the orphanage." Taemin suggested. "No the orphanage is bad." Kyungsoo said strongly disagreeing. "Then what are we going to do with it?" Dad asked. "Kai can we adopt Jihoon." Kyungsoo suggested. I look at him with wide eyes. I thought for a while. I am already in college and going graduate this year so why not. "Okay we can if you want to." I said smiling. My parents also agreed to our decision.

Then we all went to our own rooms to take a well needed rest. My cousin also went to their own room with their mates. Me and Kyungsoo laid on the bed with Jihoon between us. Jihoon looks cute in his human form like Kyungsoo. "Jihoon looks cute like you  Kyungsoo." I said. And he hummed in agreement. "But I have a feeling that he is gonna have a sharp tongue and be blunt like you." Kyungsoo said. "Then it's good." I said smiling smugly. "Jihoon is going to a beautiful omega. And many alphas are going to be after him." He said. I felt protectiveness rise over me. "Then I am gonna cut their dick if they as much as touch him" I said causing Kyungsoo to slap my chest making me laugh while he shooked his head. Then we fall asleep after talking for a while.

Time skip....

When I woke up, I saw Kyungsoo still sleeping but Jihoon was wide awake and was sitting beside me, playing with my fingers and looking at me. I stare back at him with a smile and he also smiled back. This little thing is cute as fuck. I pinch his cheeks and he pout making me chuckle. "A-appa." He said and I look at him in awe. He just called me 'appa' and I feel so proud. "Appa. Hungry." He said again. I felt something warm in my heart when he calls me 'appa'. I got off the bed, picking him up and went downstairs. I saw mom in the kitchen. "Ohh kai what do you need?" Mom asked. "Mom Jihoon is hungry." I said. "Ok i will make him some porridge." She said smiling at Jihoon. Mom porridge is always the best Jihoon will like it.

After a while, the porridge was finished. And I fed him the porridge. Wahh now I can feel what a father is most likely to feel when they are with their children. Happy and content. Jihoon ate all the porridge while giggling at me playfully. After he was done eating, I went to my room and to the bathroom and gave Jihoon a nice bath. And I was happy that his wound is almost healed. Then I wrapped him up in a fluffy blue towel. I need new clothes for Jihoon. Then I remember, my mom kept the clothes I used to wear when I was little. So I went to my mom's room and asked her about my clothes and she gave some of it to me.

I put the small cute clothes on Jihoon and i gotta admit he look so cute in it. "Jihoonie wanna go outside with appa?" I asked in a childish voice. And he nodded as if he understands what I was saying. I wanted Kyungsoo to go with us so I woke Kyungsoo up and told him that we were going outside. After we were all ready, we took the car and went to the playground which was 13 minutes away from our house.

Author's (POV)

They parked the car properly when they reached the playground. Kyungsoo took Jihoon in his arms and got out of the car. And Kai did the same. Kyungsoo sat on the swing with Jihoon on his lap. Swinging slowly. Some older children who were alphas came around Kyungsoo cooing over Jihoon and even Kyungsoo saying "Wahh uncle what's the baby's name? He is cute. You are also cute uncle. Are you his mother?" And Kai couldn't help but get jealous because even if they were children of 5 to 6 years only they were still alphas cooing at his omega mate amd omega son.
Kyungsoo laughed noticing the jealous alpha beside him. "I will go and get ice cream for you and popsicle for Jihoon to try." Kai said pointing at the store which was little far away from the playground. Kyungsoo nodded and Kai walked away.
After Kai was gone, Kyungsoo decided to stroll around the park. He stood up from the swing with Jihoon in his arms and walked around not noticing a pair of eyes looking intensely at him.

Max's (POV)

I was walking around a playground where I used to play when I was little. When I saw someone familiar. I realised that it was D.O with a child. I felt anger rise inside me when I saw the child. I hate the idea of that child being his son or something. He was walking around with the child and no one was with him. So I walked up to him. He stopped walking when he noticed me. "What do you want?" He asked coldly. "Whose child is that.?" I asked ignoring his question, referring to the child he is holding

"He is my son." He bluntly said. And then anger took over me. I snatched the child from him in a second using my fast speed. I made my nail grow sharper and then grabbed the child's wrist and digged my sharp nails in his soft baby skin. And the baby cried out in pain. "Eo-eomma. Hurts." The pup whimpered.

Author's (POV)

Kyungsoo felt fear. The fear that Jihoon will get hurt due to Max. "Give me my child back." He said firmly but still his voice cracked a little. "Why would I? And by the smell of it your son is an omega. I could just mark him pre maturely." Max said as a evil smile appeared on his face. He pulled Jihoon head on a side with his hands so that he get access to Jihoon's neck properly. Jihoon whined as Max lick a stripe up the small baby's neck as a preparation to bite and Kyungsoo had an urge to cry out loud. He knows he can fight with Max but Jihoon might get hurt in that process. So he stood there helpless.

Will Max bite Jihoon and mark him pre-maturely? Will Kyungsoo be able to save his omega son?

(A/N: Pre-maturely marking an omega can cause death to the omega. So if Max bit Jihoon then there is a big chance that Jihoon might die.)
