Chapter Sixteen

Varuns POV

Sidharth, Sushant and I decide to go a restaurant. We go to Wagamama's.
We sit at a table and order our food. As we wait for our food to arrive we hear a familiar voice.

"Of course dad!" We hear the voice say.

"Guys I've heard that voice before." Sidharth says.

We turn around as see Aditya sitting opposite a girl.

"Whose that girl with him?" Sushant asks.

"Is he cheating on Shraddha?" Sidharth gets angry.

"No maybe it's his sister" I suggest.

Suddenly Aditya starts laughing hysterically.

"Oh dad I think your forgetting I'm your son! You just keep the divorce papers ready."

We all share a look. Divorce? He isn't even married yet!

"I'll soon have my own puppet! Everything I say will be done exactly when I want. This long wait will be totally worth it!" He laughs evilly.

He ends the call.

"What is he talking about? Divorce? Puppet? Long wait?" Sidharth says confused.

"This doesn't sound right he's surely upto something." Sushant says.

"He definitely is and we're going to find out what he's exactly up to!" I state.

"Varun he might've planning to hurt Shraddha if anything happens to shradd-"

"We won't let anything happen to her." I assure Sidharth.

Salman's POV

"Salman let's sit down and talk." Katrina says.

Am I really looking at Aishwariya? My wife that was dead?!

I stand in shock. Tears fill my eyes as my whole past starts coming back to me. The past that I tried so hard forgetting. But never could because my daughters were part of her.

"Salman." I hear her say my name after so many years.

I burst into tears. I couldn't control them.

She comes up to me and wipes my eyes. She shakes her head and motions for me to stop crying.

"How could you do this to me?! How could you put me through this? Do you know my life was hell without you!" I exclaim hugging her tightly.

"Salman I can explain....just please listen to me." She says.

Shraddha's POV

Seeing Dad cry like that just broke me. I've never seen him cry like that before!
My eyes fill up.

"Girls....let's leave them to talk this out." Katrina says.

We all then go into the dining room.

I look at Katrina and she smiles. I've been horrible to her since she came here. I was really rude but now I need to make things right. Despite my stupidity and hatred towards her she still gave me her shoulder to cry on. I get up and hug her.

"I'm really sorry. Ever since you came I've just hated you without any reason. I'm so sorry." I say.

"Shraddha don't be silly I know you can never give your mothers place to any random person. I've been through that myself. I understand." She says.

"Omg Kriti Di pinch me! Is Shraddha Di really hugging Katrina? And being nice to her?" Alia says.

"Excuse me yaar!"

We all laugh.

"Katrina your like our mother. In fact you are as well as our real mum. And your going to give me away on my wedding." I state.

She nods happily. We all hug her.

The boys then come.

Alia's POV

Varun and Sushant call Kriti and I to a side.

"What's up?" I ask.

"We may have found out something about Aditya." Varun says.

"Really? What?"

"We went to Wagamama's and saw Aditya with another girl. He was on the phone to his dad talking about divorce papers and other things...." They explain everything.

"Is Di in danger?" I ask worried.

"We don't know we just need to find out what he's up to"

"Whose up to what?" Katrina asks.

Oh no!

"Umm..."

Salman was quite emotional! How do you think he'll react to Aishwariya's explanation? Will they get back together? Has Katrina heard anything? Will they tell her about Aditya?
