2 Months Later.

The waters finally calmed down in the community. Gradually, everything was as before. I touched my belly pleased as little by little I noticed my pregnancy of three months.

I felt rough hands run down my waist and I smiled. Rick put his head between my neck, and left a resounding kiss on my cheek.

"Good morning," He said, still holding me from behind.

"Did you sleep well?" I asked.

"Like every night," he answered.

A knock on the wall interrupted us. Immediately, we both knew what it was about.

"Carl!" Rick cried, releasing me and walking into the winged room. I looked shocked at the little girl as she squatted on the floor with a couple of glasses.

I took her in my arms, to kiss her face. Which caused laughter from the little girl. As soon as Judith was with me, I went to aid Carl.

"Come on... Judith can't be the only one to have fun." I defended him, bursting into the conversation.

"Thank you, mom." Carl smirked. "Now can you give me back my ball?" He turned to Rick. Rick sighed, and looked over at me. I gave him an approving look.

"Go play outside," He asked, and threw the round object at the teenager. Carl obeyed and left the house.

"Do you want to do something specific?" He asked, capturing my attention.

"Well, if you could find the toothpaste, that wouldn't be bad," I asked with a funny pout.

"Okay," He knelt in front of me, staying at the height of my belly. "And you, honey? What do you want?" I loved it when he did that. Like when he slept hugging my stomach.

"Chocolates? Okay..." He straightened up again, and went to my lips. He went down to my cheek, and finally my neck, which tickled.

"Oh, Rick!" I begged, between giggles. Rick always told me my laugh was like a melody that filled his ears.

We left hand in hand, and headed toward Daryl, who was currently being equipped.

"Good morning," I said. The archer returned the gesture, looking with a slight smile to my bulging belly.

The whole group now knew of the future Grimes.

"Good luck!" I wished, leaving a chaste kiss on Rick's lips. I cupped Daryl's cheeks, and gave a resounding kiss to his cheek. Making him laugh.

"Be gone," He said, jokingly.

"I should say that," I approached the watch tower. I stood up there and watched the disappearance of the car on the road.

From the height I was at, I could see Spencer sneak through the woods, behind the walls. I frowned, and went down from the watch tower to get out of Alexandria.

"I don't think you should be going out."

"I'll be fine," He didn't wait for a reply, and he slipped through the trees.I followed and I watched the boy in the distance, who was nervously waiting for a walker to approach.

When he was about to murder him, I stepped forward and murdered the walker, thrusting a knife into the crown of it's skull.

"What are you doing here?" Was the first thing the boy said.

"Well I was going for a walk." I lied. I was pitying him.

"I've been out in the forest for a long time and yet you're the first to notice it," he nodded, and went on his way.

"I'll go with you," I said, following behind him, admiring the trees.

I sighed but I didn't approach him, instead we were walking in silence. I continued to admire the forest, as if it were the first time I was seeing it. In fact I never noticed how calm and harmonious it could be.

A crunching brought me back to reality, making my hand grab the handle of my knife, and look toward the noise.

Carl trotted through the woods, careful not to bump into anything, as he stared for a moment. I was about to go and claim him, but a grunt stopped me. That rotting body that was walking toward us was not Deanna anymore. I wait for her to approach Spencer, and I take her from behind. Waiting for him to kill her.

Finally he did, and her body stopped moving and grunting. The boy caught her, and fell to the ground, carrying the body like it was a baby.

"We had this coming," he confessed. Affirming the doubt I had. Together, we made a grave for her, I engraved a 'D' perfectly in the oak in front of her grave.

"We'll fulfil your dream, Deanna." he promised, kneeling down in front of her.
