"Dee, I miss you." Niqo said into the phone. It had been a few weeks since we left L.A and Niqo has been calling me non freaking stop. He was getting type annoying with it so I answered it today so I could go off on him again but he was on some sentimental shit. "Wouldn't have to miss me if you treated me right." I said calmly. "Let me make it up to you. Im in Atlanta for a few days." He said. "niqo, I'm done. You cheated. You knew you were wrong, end of story. Bye." I said beginning to hang up the phone. "wait. Dee, come on please. I just really wanna make things right. " He said. I sigh. Maybe I should give dude another chance. I mean we are young and relationships aren't perfect. Sometimes you gotta stick through mistakes and I'll take him cheating once over getting my ass beat everyday of the week. "Alright , we going to a park at six. None of that extravagant shit, I'm still mad at your bumb ass." I said hanging up.

I awoke from my nap and got out my bed to get ready to meet up with the lying ass nigga that broke my heart..... I mean niqo. I wasn't finna throw on nothing special so I decided to wear a white hooded crop top and PINK black yoga pants. I threw on my shoes and walked out the door. I Uberd  my way to the park. Cause ya girl still ain't got no car. When I got there niqo was sitting on a bench waiting for me. I take a deep breath and did a silent prayer for him and me because I don't want niqo saying the wrong thing and me having to smack the living daylight out of him again. I just want a cool conversation."hey." I said walking up to him. "Dee, you look good. I've missed you." He said pulling me into a hug. I don't hug back. He pulls away akwardly. "I got you some things." He picked some things off of the bench. It was hot Cheetos. "thanks." I said lightly. We sat there staring at each other uncomfortably.  "You gone speak or?" He sighed. "Dee, I know I fucked up. You were the best thing to every happen to me. Im just stupid and a fuck up. I just really want you back." He said. "niqo, your full of shit. You know that?" I asked getting angry.  He shrugged. "I love you Dee. And I'm man enough to admit that I fucked up. I'm young and I've never been in a relationship as serious as ours was. I don't know how else you want me to say it. I'm sorry, I know I've hurt you but I promise on my momma I ain't ever gone do you dirty ever again. Give me another chance. Please? I don't wanna  loose you. " Je should've  thought about that wheb he was out in L.A acting  single. I rub my temples. "niqo no-" I staryed to say something but he cut me off and kissee me,I ain't wanna kiss him back at first but eventually I did. I missed him and my love for him ain't just gone die out after only a cool week or two. Yeah , he cheated. Doesn't change the way I feel about him. Like I said we're Young. There's going to be fuck ups. He pulled away. "So you think you gone just show up in Atlanta and I'll take you back?" I asked folding my arms over my chest trying to still be mad but I was smiling in the inside and I could tell he knew I was too. He smirked cause he knew I couldn't leave him alone. "I was hoping so." He said coming closer to me and snaking his arms around my waist. I couldn't help but to smile. "your an ass hole." I said. "only for you baby." He said trying to pack my lips  but I move my head back. "nah but foreal you just don't get me back that easy. You lost my trust you need to earn it back." I said. He let me go. "I know, and ill do everything I can. The last thing I wanna do is loose you just because I was being childish." I nod. "Well we talked, now I'ma go ." I said pulling out my phone. "nah, I'll take you home. You don't take Uber when you got me." He said popping his imaginary collar. I giggled and followed him to his car. I got in and the ride was mostly silent the whole way back to my place. When we pulled up to my apartment complex He got out the car and opened my door for me. I thank him and he pulled me into a hug "Don't forget about our date tomorrow." He said leaving his hand around my waist. "Yeah , yeah. Didn't agree to that." I said shaking my head. "nah, you said I need to earn your trust back. This my first step." He said. I snack my lips. "okay, where we going?" I asked. "you'll find out tomorrow night." I roll my eyes. "whatever I gotta go." I said getting out of his grip. "no kiss?" He said leaning in. I laugh and push his head back. "only kiss my boyfriend's." I said walking away. "whatever. I  love you." He shouted at me before getting back in his car. I go into my house and sit down on the couch. I was dozing off a bit till I heard my doorbell ring. I shake my head and get up looking through the peep hole to see who was there. It was nova. He always coming over unannounced like shoot me a text or something. I open the door. "what you doing here?" I ask as he walked in. "wanted to see if you was okay." He said taking his shoes off and getting comfortable on my couch. "yeah, I'm cool." I replied sitting next to him. I stretched across the couch and rested my legs in his lap. "What you was on today?" I shrug. "I met up with niqo." I said simply. "Really? For why?" He asked sounding serious. "He wanted to talk about what went down." I said looking at the tv. "and? " I smack my lips. "why so many questions Nova?" He shrugs. "I just wanted to know what was up." He replied. "Nothing really. He taking me out somewhere tomorrow night ." He raised an eyebrow. "you going with him?" He questioned. "of course. " I said. "You know thats real dumb right?" I look over at him. "what's real dumb?" I ask crossing my arms over my chest. "you. You know you gone go on this date with him and take him back. You always do." He said. I sit up and look at him in shock. "So! What's wrong with that? I love him!" I yelled getting defensive. "No, Dee you don't. What y'all got going on ain't no damn love. He gone keep doing the same shit over and over again  and you gone go back to him like you do ebery fucking time, cause you 'in love'or whatever,but  that ain't no damn love it's a chain reaction." He yelled right back at me. I don't know who he thought he was talking to. We might be the only two people in the house but he sure as hell wasn't talking to me like that. He outta his mind. "Why does it matter to you though? It shouldn't this is about me. Stay in your place. " I said heated. "You wanna know why it matters to me? Because I like you Dee. "He said. I calmed down a little  and looked at him. "what?" I asked. "I like you, you ain't gotta like me back. I just thought you should know. I'ma just leave now." He said getting up and going towards the door. I stop him. "Nova, stay. Please!" I said with pleading eyes. "you can't leave angry. " I continued. He shook his head. "I'm fine Dee, I just wanna go home. We ain't even gotta talk no more we can go back to how things used to be...... It was better that way, and I'm okay with that. " He said getting up again. "NOVA SIT DOWN." I yelled pulling him back down. We sat there in silence not saying anything. All you could hear was our breathing. "Was what you said true nova? You really like me?" I asked breaking the uncomfortable  silence. He nodded slowly . "It ain't serious though. You ain't gotta like me back like I said. I'ma be co-"I don't know what got into me but  I just  kissed him cutting him off mid sentence. He kissed back  and after a while we pulled away. "What was that for?" He asked sounding confused. "Look nova as you can see I ain't really good at this 'love' thing but not on no corny shit it's something about you. Real spill, I think I like you. Ima be honest, I just don't want anything serious  cause it never ends well. And if this whatever  this is goes to something serious I want to take things slow. " I said, he smiled. "I'm fine  with that but only on one condition. " he said smirking. "And what is that?" I asked rolling my eyes. He leaned in and kissed me again. "If we can keep doing  that. "
