Chapter 32

"MAKAAAAAAAAAA CHOP!"

*boom*

The moment the scythe Meister saw her friends she welcomed them with a big hug! But soon afterwards smacked them all across the face with a single Maka chop. So now the poor trio are running away from the true reaper of this group.

"So where did you find them anyway Soul, BECAUSE I TOTALLY COULD HAVE FOUND THEM BEFORE YOU!"

The albino sweatdropped and could only keep dodging the girl behind him. But luckily Kid and (y/n) were smart enough to hide behind lord death. Soon enough the hyperactive girl ran out of steam and sat down in her chair.

"Oh yeah I forgot to mention your inside the death room Maka, you might accidentally cut the rope of a gu-"

"AAAAKKK! KID YOU JINXED JT!"

"N-no I didn't!"

"Now now children we must get back to the matters at hand, be more like Little Jay here would ya, your her seniors and she's setting a better example. "

The younger girl blushed lightly and sunk in her seat as the others only stared at her blankly as she continued reading her manga.

"Was she there the whole time?"

Liz said with an eyebrow raised and her fraternal twin behind her giggling while running up to her and giving her a big ol squeeze.

"Yeah! She was reading manga for a while now"

Patty said as she looked under and read the book cover as Jay handed it to her. She stared at the book cover for a while and gave the brunette a small smile and a pat on the head.

"Fullmetal Alchemist ey? I haven't read it in a while, it's a really good book, you'll love it. "

She nodded and continued reading as Patty walked off and continued her conversation with Killik as (y/n) eyed her with a slight frown on her face.

"Hey what's wrong with you?"

Maka said making the girl slightly flinch until she noticed the book was t in her hand, letting the (h/c) girl sigh in relief.

"Well, I'm just worried about this new Patty. I hope she isn't faking because she thinks we don't like her"

Maka only shook her head and smirked, putting a hand on the (e/c) eyed girls shoulder.

"(Y/n) if there's anything Patty is known for, it's her confidence, she breaks, she'll build right back up. And
From the looks of it she seems happy, so don't worry about it. "

With that she walked away toward Tsubaki and black*star as (y/n) gave a sigh. She still wasn't convinced and continued to observe the calm blonde as she continued talking without her 'usual' attitude. She then grew mad at herself.

'What the did I do?! Instead of boosting her self esteem I completely crushed it to pieces...just thinking about it makes me so mad! Why do I always mess things up?! DAMNIT!'

"..."

"...."

"..."

And once again she accidentally let a word slip that got everyone's attention in the whole room. Leaving an awkward silence to follow. But thanks to Lord Death the embarrassed girl was saved from further questioning.

".....Alright children it's time to stop mingling and start talking about serious matters of two of our students' recent disappearances"

With that everyone ran back to their seats and then started to prepare themselves for the interrogations ahead.
