Monday rolled in which ment I had to back to work. I was actually excited to work, it would take my mind off of things even though I didnt want to see punk or roman today. I arrived to my hotel which I had to stay in because tomorrow we'll fly out to canada for the next two weeks.
After I took a shower I changed into my work clothes which was a high waisted mid-thigh length black skirt with a red button up shirt with red heels.. my make up was smokey eyes with red lipstick I had only an infinity necklace, my red hair was up in a bun like Lana's (the Ravishing Russian).
After getting ready which took me like an hour I was ready to go to the arena which I was late for I had 20 minutes till the show started but luckily the hotel was only 10 minutes away I took a cad because I didnt want to rent a car for only 1 day.When we made it to the arena I quickly went into my office and avoided talking to everyone. When I walked in my jaws dropped my office was beautifully designed like I asked.. I went and sat in my chair and I remembered that I didnt finish the match card. I needed 3 more matches so I decided to make 1 of them a divas battle royal for the #1 contender for the divas campionship which Aj holds.
It was time for the Main event the fatal 4 way. Dolph Ziggler won, I was actually happy for him.. he'd been proving himself and I thought he needed a push. now I needed to go congratulate him. I walked out into the gorilla with the shield behind me for protection."Congratulations Mr. Ziggler, im very proud of you. I think you really deserve this, so on that note next week you will be facing my hound Roman Reigns."I said and put a hand on Romans shoulder."So good luck."I said with a smirk and walked backstage.
When we got backstage the guys tried to talk to me but a tech guy beat them."Star the McMahons wanna talk to you."he said and walked away. I got up and walked to their office.When I got there the door was opened and I just walked in.
"you wanted to talk to me?"I said.
"yes sit down." Stephanien said mentioning for the empty chair."We really liked the little fiasco you had with Mr. Roman Reigns last week that we are putting you in a storyline together."she said smiling.
"But Roman is engaged his fiancee will be pissed if she saw him kissing another girl."I said hoping they would change their mind.
"This is business he does whatever we say. If he doesn't then his fired and he knows it."she said strictly."Now next week you two will kiss when either he wins or loses for the #1 contenders spot." She said getting up.
"Ok."I said with a sigh and walked out back to my office.
When I got there the arena was almost empty there still were some superstars but mostly empty.When I walked in my office Punk was sitting in my chair.I sighed.
"Punk, what do you want?"I asked annoyed.
"I wanted to talk to you, but your over proteective dog didnt let me."he said angrily.
"well his not here and there is nothing to talk about-".
"yes there is Star,im not going to say that I regretted having sex with you-cause I dont-it was great but when I had sex with you there was no,no spark and I hope you understand. and I know you didnt feel the spark either because I know you love Roman I see the way you look at him." He said.
"Your right Punk and I dont love Ro-"
"Yes you do star I see the way you look at him you love him."he cut me off.
"Well im not admitting to anything."I said.
"I hope we can at least be friends." He said grabbing my hand.
"Yeah we can, but its going to take a while for me to trust you loverboy."I said with a small chuckle.
"It's fine take your time, and if you need anything im here."he said walking away.
"ok"was all I said.
It felt good clearing the air. I was fine being friends with Punk but the way I look at Roman?is it really that noticeable?.I was so lost in thought I didnt even feel someone was standing behind me. we I turned around it was Roman.
"Hey." I said.
"Hey. did you hear about our storyline?" he said.
"Yeah thats what paul and steph wanted to talk about.It's going to be awkward we have to kiss."I said awkwardly.
"I dont think its going to be awkward, I dont mind kissing you."he said smirking.
"Roman dont start your engaged."I said getting a little annoyed.
"Well I dont even want to to marry her."he said in a low whisper but I was able to hear him.
"Then why are you engaged if you dont love her?"I questioned.
he got cut off guard."w-well m-my parents..."he couldnt finish and sighed. "well since we're going to be friends I should tell you.. my parents told me that if I didnt marry her I would be completely cut off. and I know what your thinking yes I work but all that money im using to pay off for college and some legal issues I have and I dont make enough money to support myself but thats why im stalling on marrying her because im almost done paying everything and when im done im breaking it off with her." he said
I was shocked."oh my gosh Roman but wont you just break her heart i mean she must love you."
"She doesn't love me, she loves the money my parents give me, shes a gold digging whore." he said.
"Then why dont tou tell tour parents that Roman and maybe they'll understand."
"You dont understand Star my parents are very special they only want me to marry her because she is Samoan and her family has money and when we get married we will join our 'dynasties' together."he told me.
"well damn I dont know what to say."I said.
"Its fine you dont have to say anything, just answer one question for me.... Do you really love me?." He said.
