By the time we reached East Meadow it was almost sunset. There was a lot to be done to improve the area by the looks of the chaos that was around the different parts.
Nandita and a man who looked like the former senator of the area were standing on a makeshift stage and commanding people to the different parts for work.
When she saw us getting off the boat on the docks, she got down from the makeshift stage and came to meet us."Back so soon?"she asked us.
Jane then stepped in front of us. "Janet,"said Nandita,"What are you doing here?"
Jane went closer to Nandita,"Nandita Merchant. I didn't think I'd ever see you again."and she embraced Nandita."I missed you."Nandita said to Jane.
"Wait... so you both know each other?"I asked. The others of the group were shocked by this new development.
"Yes,this is Janet or Jane by the nickname we all got used to."Nandita said to us.
"We will talk about all this stuff after dinner tonight. Is there anything that requires some organization around here?"asked Kira. I gave a glance to her side and there was obvious confusion in her face.
"There are a few things that we need your help for. Samm can you go and set up the night quarters for the other partials and then come meet us at my house."Nandita said pointing to the partials group and the cottage with dried up plants in front of it.
I gave a nod and walked to the group of the partials.
The group of partials still were in a state of chaos and confusion. I spotted Green in the midst of them and trying to organize the partial army into proper groups."Need some help?"I asked Green. "Yeah. I'd love to have some help around here."
I walked to the front and scout the group and divided them into divisions based on the number of tents around the region. Soon they were already organized and Green thanked me for the help.
I walked towards the cottage where Kira was standing at the door.
