Mia and me x OC ~ON HOLD~

Chapter 3

It has been a few months since everyone found out  about me being pregnant. I am now 5 months along, and quite big, I can't run very well, I can still defend myself, but not for much longer.

.I walk past the field, on my way to the jungle, my usual place to go, since the unicorns don't particularly like me. Melody is there. "Oh, hi Serenity." She says. We were just talking about you. I glare at her. She looks at my stomach and "smiles." "Your looking a little big Serenity, why again?" I walk past her.

She follows me. "So, hows it going? You know, because the unicorns don't like you anymore," She laughs. I nip at her. She gasps. I bare my teeth. She lets out a girly scream and gallops away. I huff, as I continue my walk to the jungle, when I reach it, laying down and taking a nap.

I hear a branch snap.

My eyes shoot open. I look up and see a Lyria and Onchao, a few yards away from me. The three elves walk out from behind them, smiling. "She's so pretty," "I know right" "Look! Is she pregnant?" 

I get up. Mia moves towards me, to try and touch me, saying soothing words, because she can talk to unicorns, I almost let her get too close to me. I stomp my hoof, letting her know she is close enough. She stops. The other elf doesn't, not understanding like Mia did. She runs toward me, excitement in her face. I panic. I pin my ears, raise my head, and spread my wings out wide, to make myself look bigger and more intimidating, which only sometimes works, rarely for me, with elves that is, for smaller animals, it mostly works.

Mo grabs Yuko's arm, pulling her back. I let out a neigh, calling for Prince. I back away from the elves. Lyria tried to talk to me. "the elves are not dangerous, they are nice, they wont hurt you" She reasons. I shake my head and back away. "I know you want what is best for your foal, I do too, and they are. They protect unicorns, so that Panthea wont take our horns"

Prince bursts through the vines, and sees the elves. He doesn't have a huge problem with them, but if they threaten me, he will scare them off.

He stands in front of me, protecting me. Lyria and Onchao neigh. "The munculus are coming!" Mia translates to Mo and Yuko. Prince and I gallop off, away from the munculus in the sky. I see the elves take off into the sky, Lyria following behind.

I think about the elves. They really do protect us don't they. I sigh. I stop. Prince looks at me. "Go to the other unicorns, warn them, i'll be right there" "Wh-" "Go!" He spares one glance at me, before running off. I run back to where the munculus were. I see Mia with Onchao and Lyria. They can't go out to help because Onchao has Mia on his back, so he will be slowed down, and Lyria is on the ground, so she can't get up in the sky. I need to help. I'm about to go out from the trees, when Gargona notices Onchao. She swoops down on her dragon and lands. Zeroing in on Onchao and Lyria. She closes in on them.

I can't let them get taken... I can fly! I need to help!

I think quickly, running out from the trees into the field, and stand in front of the. I spread my wings out and bare my teeth. Gargona laughs and tries to shoot at me with a snake. Mia and the unicorns look surprised to see me. I distract Gargona as she tries to catch me. Mia takes the hint, and shoots her with her water. She yells out frustrates, and flies away. I run, and take off into the air flying to where Mo and Yuko are, they are outnumbered. I fly right at one of the monculus, they panic, not being used to a unicorn running into them, not away from them.

I knock them off the monculus, causing them to fall off and land in the pond. I knock about two more off, and Yuko sprays three, leaving only one left. It shoots a snake at Mo, Yuko tries to catch him, but she's not fast enough. I zoom down under him, and catch him on me back. I fly back to the ground, and he rolls off my back. I use my horn to pry the snake off.

"Thank you so much!" Mo says. I nod. It was the right thing to do, but it doesn't mean that I trust them yet.

I pant, out of breath, which makes sense, considering I am very pregnant.

The elves follow me. I spin around and snort at them, stomping. A look of disappoint crossed their face, they thought we were friends now. I feel a little guilty, they aren't as bad as I thought they are. But until my foal is born, I will not take any chances, as I have said about 50 times.
