Chapter 4: Who is in the other house?

I was at the main gate, realized that events are being repeated. I opened the gate and went near the door. I knocked the door. The door was not opened. I yelled ,"Aetos! Open the door it's me and Tiria." , the door then got opened slowly, Aetos was peeping through the door, he saw us and then he opened the door. We went inside and shut the door back again. Aetos and Fidi looked scared. I asked, "What happen?! Why do you guys look terrified". I saw tears rolling down  Fidi's face. I went to her and whispered, "Hey , Hey buddy what happened?!". She slowly pointed to the ground , where there was a box, looked just like the one we threw into the other house. Aetos said "Do you guys think this is a joke?! Why did you throw the same box back into the house?! You even broke another windshield of your dad's car!" . I was like "What is going on here?!". Aetos said "You guys didn't go anywhere, just roamed around and came behind the house and threw the box.". I was pissed off. I said, "What the fuck are you speaking?! Why the fuck would I throw the box into my own house, I know the difference between a house with no lights and a house with lights. understand?!". Aetos hit me on my face, I was so angry, we started fighting, I punched him on the nose, Tiria and Fidi stopped us or else the fight could have gone worse. We sat on the couch, Aetos' nose was bleeding, My face was a bit red, I went to Aetos and said, "Hey, um..I'm sorry , I shouldn't have hit you, forget it man" . Aetos said,"It's okay man, I didn't believe you, I'm sorry".No matter how many times we fight, we still are best friends.  We started thinking , why is this all happening?, I went to check the contents in the box, they were same, the phone numbers, the city map, the torch light, the note. But I had some questions "What was that dark matter?!" , "Who is in the other house?". Then suddenly, the electricity was back, only for my house. The city was still dark, except for the other house. So we all decided one thing. We all would go to the other house and peep into it, to see who's in that house. So, we were ready, We wore our sweaters, it was cold outside. We all took one torch each. We locked the door, opened the main gate and set out. We were heading towards the lights. It was 2 blocks away. As we were going, we saw that dark matter again (For those who don't get it , It is a portal kinda thing, on which even If u reflect light, it doesn't fall) but this time what we saw through the dark matter was shocking. We were stunned by that view. We saw.......OURSELVES!!.....not like a reflection, the REAL "us". There was another Lykos, Aetos, Tiria and Fidi, standing in front of us , at a distance. Same dresses, same way of pointing the torch lights. We got scared, and we started running back home, and as we were running I just gave a look back at them and saw that they were also running behind. I still didn't get this stuff. It's a lot to take in. So, we went back home, sat on the same couch, Tiria started weeping. she's new here, she was shocked, she didn't know what was going on. Neither did we though. So, we didn't give a damn to what strange things were happening that night, we quietly slept, hoping that the night would end and the day would start well, without all these strange things. So, the night ended, the sun rose, A new day started, we cooked breakfast, filled our stomachs. We thought that it would be a good idea if we went out and checked once. We were not scared because there was sunlight. Everything was normal, there were people walking down the street, there was no dark matter, there were no the "SAME" "US". We went back home. Tiria, Fidi and Aetos were chilling on Netflix, while I had many doubts so I went to my room, started browsing internet on my laptop. I started doing a bit more research on events that occur due to the passing of a comet. So, After a lot of searching, I found some relevant theories, which kinda made sense and I'll try to explain it to you in simple words. You see, when a comet passes, during night time. And when you see it, You get affected by "things". This may be different for different people, mostly Hallucination, You feel strange things. But experts don't think these strange things are imaginary. You see, when a comet passes, Multiple realities meet, meaning, multiple universes meet at a single place, through a portal. Then I understood that we met ourselves, through the dark portal and this is all due to the passing of Halley's comet. There are many realities, in the universe, Not necessary that Lykos in one world, is the same Lykos in another world. But this time, My universe collided with another universe, in which all of us are same. It made sense. I am still freaking out. I didn't want the night to come. I told all this theory to my friends in the living room. They, then, understood everything. Aetos said, "So, it means that , we collided with the same universe, we met the same 'US', which means they might be doing the same things just like us? But not true, because the box, it was thrown by them into our house, but we didn't have electricity. So, their thinking is slightly different. So, the reason we met them yesterday was because even they decided to come and see who's in the other house. And the "other house" for them is our house. Maybe, they don't have electricity and we have electricity in their reality. Which means whatever we do, and whatever we think is 99% what they do and what they think!" . This theory of Aetos blew our minds and brought a slight smile on my face. But still, What's happening, is it gonna end well? Or...
