"Amazing Olive! Continue! Punch harder! C'mon I need your speed! Stronger! Okay, that's enough. Stop." My father ordered and I turned to look at him.
"Olive, you're ready to have a battle with me. Come now." He opened up the side door and I followed him.
"Dad, I don't understand why don't you allow me to go for 'Hart'" I questioned with an annoyed face.
He sighed and bent down, "Olive, my dear little Olive. I'll tell you everything. But now, you have to focus."
I retorted, "Is it because I'm still not good enough? I'll never be as smart or fast or as strong as them, will I?"
"No, no, no. It's not that. Olive, my dear, stop thinking about it. Focus on your trainings. I fear for the day you use them." Father grabbed my hand and entered another room.
"Listen carefully Olivia. You should never doubt your abilities. And in here, we train. So, in this room, you will not address me as your father but as your professor. As your professor, I am your enemy..."
I ran until my feet ached and tripped over a rock before collapsing as I reached the castle's gates.
"Olivia!" Grace and Will shouted and I looked up, quick to use the little strength left of my arms, forcing myself to stand.
Holding a hand up, I gritted my teeth, "I'm fine. I'm fine."
"Nonsense, you're not! Tell me when a girl with paled face and sweat who collapsed, she is fine?!" Will stepped forward and reached out to grab my arm.
I swat his hand away and shook my head, "I'm not just a girl. I'm agent 09. Prodigy agent. I can handle myself."
"Bloody hell, you just collapsed and that never happened before." Will ran a hand through his hair, frustrated with my attitude.
I limped a little past him, trying to hide the pain and hoping he would not find out, "I said I'm fine. Now, let's go..."
As soon as I opened the door, Edward came rushing at the sight of me.
"What was that?" Edward asked, concerned. I ignored him and made my way into the hall. Adrian was sitting by a corner, staring out at the window with a book in his hand. Guess he does not care.
"Nothing." I mumbled and threw myself down onto the couch, giving a small groan as I did. Man, it hurts...
"You don't say that was-" Grace started.
"Nothing, it was nothing. May I know which room am I going to stay in?" I questioned and ran a hand through my hair.
"That wasn't nothing." Adrian spoke.
"It is my business. You shouldn't poke your nose into this." I cut in coldly.
"And you wonder why I couldn't wait. Let me enlighten you then. Every single time someone decides to get close to you, what do you do? You shove them away. So how do you expect me to wait?" Adrian snapped his book shut, stood up and glared at me.
"Ever wondered what really happened to your parents?" I narrowed my eyes at him.
"What happened to them was one of the reasons why." I spat out bitterly.
"What is going on in here?" The King bellowed as he entered the hall.
"Oh my Angels, Agent 09, is everything alright?" The King questioned as he rushed towards me. "Oh no no no, don't kneel... I don't think that's a good thing to do now..." He panicked a little when I tried to stand up and curtsy as a sign of respect.
"Just peachy. May I know which room am I supposed to stay in?" I bowed my head a little as a sign of respect.
"Your companions and yourself shall be resting in Hall B, rooms 210, 220 and 221. You may allocate yourselves to your preferable rooms." He answered with a warm smile.
"Thank you." I responded and slowly got off the couch, stoning my face. Waving off any hands that were out-stretched to help.
"It was a long journey, your Majesty. I do pray that you could allow us to have some time to rest before having a meeting. Preferably in about 2 hours time, if that's alright with you, of course." I looked at him in the eye.
"Why sure, of course. We'll meet here in 2 hours. Do take a good rest and unpack. Boys, we have so much to catch up on." The King ordered and we all dispersed.
"I'll take 210." I said and walked off. My feet were aching badly.
