You woke up this morning with a pounding headache and a temperature of 100 degrees. So your mom had you stay home from school. You went back to sleep and woke up again around 10:00am. 10:00 am? You would only be in math class right now. School was not something you enjoyed but you did get to see your best friends so it made it some what bearable.
After watching a movie, reading a few chapters from your current reading book and staying hydrated it was finally 2:00. You knew the gang was out of school right now and you wish you could hang with them. They always made you feel better.
As if almost on cue the doorbell rang telling you someone was at your house. You rolled out of your bed and shuffled downstairs. You peaked out the glasses window of your front door to see no other then Bill Denbrough. You smiled to yourself as you opened the door. "Hey Bill. What brings you to my house?" You asked as you saw the boy still had his book bag on from school. It wasn't a really odd thing that Bill was at your house considering you live next door to each other. " Y-y-you weren't in s-s-s-school so I w-w-wanted to m-m-m-make sure you were o-o-okay." Bill said with a shy smile on his face.
"Aw thanks for checking on me. I had a temperature this morning and my mom said I should get some rest and stay home, so I did." I said as I flattened out my shirt that I had been in all night and day. "S-s-sick huh. I f-f-figured so I b-b-brought some s-s-supplies." He said take it off his book bag bag and open it and pulled out some dvds, a can of soup and your favorite soda. "I s-s-stoped home and g-g-grabbed these to b-bring over. I h-h-hope that's okay." He said as he zipped back up his bag and starred up at you.
"Bill you are too sweet. I really appreciate you bring all this over for me." You said only offering a smile because you didn't wanna get him sick my hugging him. "A-a-a-anything for you y/n." He said a slightly blush easily seen oh his cheeks. "Wanna watch these movies and hang out for a bit?" You asked earning a nod from Bill. You both walked into your living room and Bill put the DVD in and started the movie.
You started to feel yourself falling asleep half way through the movie and started to nod off. You rested you head on Bills shoulder. His arm wrapped around you so and was holding you towards him. You wanted to stay like is for ever.
So I had to stay home sick today. Hope all your days were good though! 💜🎈
