More then friends? (Jaeden Imagine)

Today started out just like any other day for you. You woke up, went to school, finished your homework and were now watching Riverdale for the fourth time. Okay maybe watching Riverdale wasn't a daily thing but you get what I mean.

The only thing about this day was you were going to hangout with your childhood best friend, Jaeden.  It was finally Friday and you had a long weekend off of school so your mom let you go hangout with Jaeden and his cast mates at the IT house. You haven't seen him in almost a month so saying you were excited was an understatement. The drive to the IT house was about an hour, so anticipation jittered through your body the whole way.

You finally arrived at the rather large house and the excitement quickly turned to nerves as your mother turned into the drive way. "Have fun sweetie. Oh and tell Jaeden I said hello." Your moms voice bring you out of your thoughts and into reality. "I will mom. Love you." "Love you too." She said as I stepped out of the car and shut the car door behind you.

You slowly walked up to the front steps of the house. You took a deep breath before knocking on the door lightly, hoping they would still hear it from inside. You heard footsteps walking towards the door and then it was swung open to reveal a smiling Jack.
"Ok hey y/n, Jaeden said you were coming at 5." Jack said kinda confused as he let you in.  You reached for your phone in your jean pocket and looked at the time. "Oops, I'm an half hour early." You said in a nervous laugh. Curse your fear of being late to things. "Don't worry about it we enjoy when your here." Jack said with a comforting smile. This put you nerves at ease as you two walked to the living room where screams could be heard.

"Jack who was at the door?" You hear who you believe to be Wyatt's voice coming from the chaos of a room. "Your mom." Jack says in all seriousness making you giggle. You finally turn the corner and to see the rest of the cast on the couch. Finn and Wyatt were playing video games. Chosen, Jeremy and Sophia are watching and cheering them on and Jaeden is on his phone. Jack runs and plops himself on top of Finn making the boy drop his controller. You let out another laugh and all eyes point to you.

"Y/NNNNN" everyone screamed dragging out the last syllable of your name. You had met the cast before and hit it off pretty well and they really loved having you around. They thought of you as being apart of the cast.

Jaeden was the first to get to you and pull you into a hug. Then everyone else pulled into a large group hug. After a couple seconds everyone pulled away, but Jaeden. He pulled away a couple seconds later and said "I missed my best friend." "And I missed mine." You said and hugged him again. When you pull away you see everyone has gone back to their spots and Jaeden stayed right next to you. "Come on I've been bored and need someone to sit and talk to." Jaeden said and grabbed your hand dragging you to the couch and having you sit next to him

After watching several games of intense Mario cart playing and talking to Jaeden  you had to pee. "Where is the bathroom?" You asked as you got off the couch to stretch. "Take a left out of this room and its the first door on your right." Jaeden said not not even looking up for his phone. "Thanks Jae!" You said at you walked to the bathroom to do your business.

You came back and sat in your seat from before and felt around for your phone. You couldn't feel it. You got up and looked to see if it fell between the cushions. Nothing. You got onto the floor to see if it was under there and to your disappointment it wasn't. "Y/n? What are you doing?" Jaeden asked with a slight laugh as he saw you on the floor. "I'm looking for my phone. I can't find it." You said pouting out your bottom lip. "Did you bring it to the bathroom with you?" Wyatt said not looking up from his intense game. "Nope, I put it down on the cushion behind me." You said looking down at the cushion and seeing no phone. "Maybe someone took it." Jack said like he had just thought of something brilliant. "Jaeden did you take it?" I asked as he was the only person sitting next to me and that could have easily taken it. "No, maybe Jack has it. He was the one who said something about someone taking it." Jaeden said pointing to the curly haired boy. "Umm no! I'm all the way across the room and I haven't gotten up." He said putting his hands up in the air. "I'll call it." Sophia said and quickly pulled out he phone and pulled up your contact.

The muffled sound of The Office theme song (which was your ringtone. Don't judge.) was heard coming from the directly where Jaeden was sitting. He took your phone out of his pocket and answered the phone. "Hello." "Jae, please can I have my phone back." You said walking over to him but he quickly stood up and hid the phone behind his back. "No." He said looking down at you because well you're short. He had about 5 or 6 inches on you. You rolled your eyes at this action and reached around to try and get the phone from his hands but he was quick and put the phone up high so it was out of your reach.

"Jaeden Wesley Liberher, give me my phone!" You said annoyance laced in your voice. "If you can reach it you can have it." He said with a smug smile on his face. Everyone in the room was now looking at you two. You took a deep breath before jumping up and barely touching his wrist. Laughs were hard from around the room as you continued to struggle to get you phone back. So your tactic had to change.

You put you hands on either side of his shoulder and looked directly a him. He looked at you confused before you pushed down and jumped and wrapped your legs around his waist. This surprised him but he didn't lose his balance.

"Dame y/n you are like a monkey!" You heard Chosen yell making everyone laugh. You ignored his comment and used your right arm  to help hold yourself to Jaeden and reached with your  other hand up to try and get the phone only to be a few inches off. You huffed in announce. Then you thought of something that could either be brilliant or tragic.

"Jaeden?" You asked in a soft tone making him look down at you so your faces were inches apart. You reached up to his face and gently gripped his cheek with your hand and looked into his beaming blue eyes. His breath hitched slightly at your touch. Then, you brought his lips to yours. You moved your lips as you kissed waiting for him to kiss back. After he was out of the sudden shock of your lips on his, he kissed back. You deepened the kiss and he just went along moving his lips in sync with yours.

While you felt he was distracted you quickly reached up and grabbed the phone from is hand and pulled away from the now intense kiss and jumped off him. His face was just as shocked as all the others in the room behind you. "Next time I ask for my phone Jae, just give it to me because, I won't always be that nice." You said turning on your heels and walked out of the room. Maybe this would lead you to be more then best friends. Who knows.
