I love you. (Jaeden Imagine)

Trigger warning: Depression and negative thoughts. Talk about suicide. Please realize I don't mean to affect anyone when I write about this kind of stuff. I love you all and never want to hurt or upset you guys.

You and Jaeden had just made your relationship public and the response has been for the most part very positive but there were still hurtful comments.

She is just using Jaeden for his fame. She is so ugly and fat. How does Jaeden even like her. Jaeden could do so much better then y/n. She should do us all a favor and go kill herself.

The last comment hit you hard. Depression and suicide what something you really struggled with. Jaeden knew that and helped you get out of her major depression. It still lingered but he made life bearable.

Tears started to fall down your face as you thought about all the things the 'fans' were saying. Maybe Jaeden would be better off without me. A loud sob escaped your mouth. You immediately covered your mouth with your hands so your mother who was downstairs wouldn't hear your cries.

I'm worthless. I'm ugly. I'm fat. Jaeden deserves to be with someone who is model thin and naturally beautiful. And I can't be that person.

I heard footsteps coming up the stairs and a familiar faint voice attached to it. It was Jaeden. You quickly wiped your eyes and laid down on your bed to make it look like you had been sleeping. You didn't want him to see you like this. At your weakest moments.

Your bedroom door creaked opening then shut again as he entered the room. "Oh Babe you won't believe what jack- hey your lights on. You never sleep with your lights on. Something's wrong." He knew you too well. "I'm just laying down Jae." Your voice shook as you said each word. "Wait have you been crying my love?" He walked over to your bed and you felt it dip down as he sat next to you and put his hand gently on your shoulder and turned you to face him. When he saw your red puffy eyes and tear stained cheek he pulled you up and into a tight hug. "Oh y/n, please tell me what's wrong." His voice sounded concerned. "I'm not good enough for you Jaeden. Your fans are right." You muffled against his chest as you held onto him for dear life not wanting to ever leave his embrace, but he pulled away at your words.

" Those 'fans' that are saying that aren't true fans if they can't be happy that I'm happy. I don't ever want you to say something like that Y/n. You are all I could ask for and so much more" You don't even let his words process before you spoke.

"But I'm not Jaeden. Don't you see that? I'm not model thin. I'm only somewhat pretty with make up on. I'm an emotional ticking time bomb and I'll only destroy you when I go off." More tears were falling on you face by now. You slowly looked up and saw a tear had fallen down his face as well.

"Y/n I love you with all my heart. From the way you smile at everyone you pass just to see them smile back. The way your face lights up when you see a puppy on your explore page on instagram. To the sound of your infectious laugh. You Y/f/n Y/l/n have not only made me a better person but you've made see that good people are still in this cruel world. So to say you don't deserve me is total bull shit because if anything I don't deserve you." You looked up at him is otter shock.

You two had never said 'I love you' to each other and he had just said it for the first time then. "You love me?" You said looking at him still in complete shock. "Yeah I do." He looks at you with slightly worry on his face. "I love you too Jaeden." His smile grew so huge to the point it looked almost like it hurt. "Well let's cuddle and get your mind off of everything. It will be just be you and me again world." You leaned forward so your head as on his chest. "I like the sound of that." You mumbled out with a goofy smile plastered on your face.
