I went out with Linda, Felicity, and Caitlin last night. Caitlin and Linda had decided that I needed a girls night out. They invited Felicity, and we all had drinks at some bar. At some point Linda had gotten a bit out of hand with the drinking and started talking to some guy. It turned out that the said guy was Mon-El and Kara was out with her friends too. It's odd how most of your superhero pals go out to the same places- obviously Kara had to jump Earths, but Mon-El moved here from the lead radiation. Apparently it doesn't reach throughout the multiverse, only the one Earth that the event happened on, so he's staying at Star Labs and he's on the team now.
Kara and I are pretty good friends now, and she knows what it's like to be separated from the person you love- look at how long she had to wait to find that Mon-El could actually live here again. It took almost an entire year for the DEO to find that the radiation was only on her earth.

Kara's been helping me deal with the stress, and we planned a movie night for all of us at Star Labs. We may have found that you can convert the time capsule into a movie theater by asking your weird futuristic A.I. that you haven't created yet.

Earlier today Wally and Cisco went and defeated some villain that calls herself Ground Grinder. I thought it was a weird name, until I saw what she could do. Yeah, I was at a scene taking photos for an article, you can complain about how dangerous that was later.

Ground Grinder can make the earth bend to her will, I thought she was going to cause a level 7 earthquake in the city, she's that powerful.

Cisco had been throwing wave lengths at her, and Wally had been trying to disorient her, but nothing had been working. I nearly fell into the earth because she caused the tectonic plates to move and open a few fissures.

Thankfully, she was too distracted by me taking photos that Wally was able to handcuff her with the meta human handcuffs.

I found that her real name is Sarah Martin, and she had been working as a geologist when the particle accelerator blew up. So, she had the power to control the earth, rocks, and anything else to do with geology.
She's now in one of our many meta human cells, and we haven't had many problems other than that with crime at least.

As much as I miss you, I'm doing what I promised, I'm still running. You better be keeping your end of the promise, too. I don't know what I'd do if you gave up hope, it's hard enough for me to not give up hope. I hope you're okay up there. I was glad that Cisco and I were able to get through the vibe barrier even if it was only for a few minutes. It was nice to hear your voice. What's been going on there? You sounded sick, but I guess I may never know what happened.

Try to get home soon for me? I don't know what to do without you.
