Chapter 5: Destroyer's Approval

Ok, so it appears basicly everyone wants a Lemon so I guess I'll do that. Just know it won't be now. It'll be done in definitely, but it won't be for a few chapters. Anyways enough of me rambling. I hope you enjoy!

//Male Reader's POV//

I walked with Beerus for few minutes talking anything I will have to do as God of Destruction. I will have to make sure I destroy enough but not too much. It is up to me on what I destroy and how do and I justify said Destruction. He told me that while I have a reason to be over confident and prideful, that I should try my best to suppress such thoughts and feelings.

He guided me to a lake much like one back at the place I have in my universe, but bigger. "Alright, I have seen your power and skill on combat. While I'm not the biggest fan of having a Saiyan as a God I have no choice but to accept it. I will teach you how to use Destruction, and the different forms of it."

He then called for his angel, Whis. Once they arrived Vados was close behind and we all left for a Demonstration on how Destruction is preformed.

We were flying through the universe for a while before we made it to a planet. Beerus motioned for me to follow and we flew to the surface of the planet.

"Now, in my opinion, this is how others should react when a Destroyer is seen." He said as we came in sight of the local species. As soon as they saw us I could instantly feel a change. There was fear. I could feel it everywhere.

I could see Beerus smiling. He guided me to a large building with a what seemed to be a king. He nearly choked on what he was eating when the door opened. They were blue, very wrinkly, and pretty fat if I'm honest going to be honest. He quickly had gotten up and welcomed us in.

"L-L-L-Lord Beerus! What a delightful surprise visit!" Beerus chuckled as he sat down in the kings seat and the King bowed before him.

"See (Y/n), a Destroyer must be feared. And rightfully so. And to instill this fear-" He then grabs an object that looked like and egg and tapped it with his claw. It flashed for a moment then disintegrated. "You must be able to give a display of your power and enforce your terror upon those beneath you. Make sure every civilization and creature knows your name and quivers at the very mention."

I nodded and King began trembling. "M-my Lord. I-If I m-may ask, w-why are you here?" Beerus looks down at the King making them tremble more. "I am here to demonstrate something I must teach to my associate over there. He is a Destroyer aswell."

The King froze and slowly turned to me. I kept a blank face and stared before he looked at the ground clenching his fist. Beerus then looked up and seemed to see something. I followed his gaze and saw a quivering warrior staring at Beerus with a bladed weapon drawn.

"I-I will be the one to free my people and all others from your terror! Aaaaaaaaah!" Beerus rose from his seat and let then get closer before he grabbed their arm and made them drop their weapon. "And when someone dares to challenges you, you make an example out of them." He then extended his arm and put his hand infront of their face.

Whis tapped my shoulder and a turned to him. "Pay close attention. This is the demonstration." I nodded and watched as Beerus began gathering energy. I then saw the energy he gathered spill into the target and stay there. "Hakai."

The energy then began ripping the targets very existence into pieces. They were screaming in pain as they were being erased. The King was on their knees crying watching them disappear. "That- that was my son."

He slammed his fist on the ground. "Damn it!" Beerus put his arms behind his back. "While I did enjoy our time here, it is time me leave. Goodbye." He then walked towards the door signaling me to come with. I follow trying my best not to look back.

We had left and gone to a different planet so I may practice. The planet didn't have any intelligent life, but it had lots of wild life creature to try it on. I found one that was very slow and made my first attempt.

I extended my arm and began to focus my energy. I then attempted to send my energy into the creature but to no avail. Beerus sighed and asked Whis to get him something called "Pizza" and Vados joined him.

By the time they had come back I had almost got it. I finally had gotten the hang of projecting my energy into the target. I had even tried using an even larger target to make sure. Now I have to learn to command it.

//Beerus' POV// (Big purple kitty's POV! Yay!)

He's been at this for about an hour. Whis and Vados have already come back and and even eaten a slice. Vados seemed to be more focused on (Y/n) then the food.

I had taken my first slice of the 3rd pizza when I had heard someone yell causing me to almost drop my pizza. I looked over and saw a purple particles flowing away from what (Y/n) was practicing on. (Y/n) seemed to be very tired. He turned around and put his arms up. "I did it!"

I raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Well then, why don't you show us." He panted and nearly fell over before Vados caught him. She carried him over to my side and leaned him against the rock I was on. I sighed and handed him a box of pizza. He seemed relieved as he opened it and began to eat.

"You did well. You were able to learn it almost as fast as I did." He looked up at me and smiled then took a bite. His face lit up and I smiled seeing he liked it. "This is delicious! What is it?" Whis had cut me off as I was about to answer. "It's called pizza." I glared at Whis who just smiled in return.

"Pizza, huh? I love it! It tastes amazing!" I looked back to (Y/n). "Yes, I agree. It is some of the best cuisine I've ever tasted. Your reaction is actually similar to mine when I first had it." He looked it at me and swallowed what he had in his mouth. "Really?"

I smirked. "Yes. Now, since you have now eaten and regained your energy, how about you show us what you've learned." He nodded and got up. He decided to stack the empty Pizza boxes and use them as a demonstration. He finished stacking them and started to begin.

He extended his arm and when though the process with little effort. Finally I heard them say, "Hakai." The Pizza boxes then started to disintegrate. I smiled seeing he could now preform it ability.

"Good. It seem you truly have learned. Now, go back to universe 6. You can learn the rest. Different Gods of Destruction have found ways to utilize this ability in different ways. Some have condensed it into a ball and as you've seen from me I can use a more toned down version of it with me just tapping something with my claw." He nodded and I smiled.

"Try and find your own unique way to use the Hakai. Once you've done so, if you would like, you could come and show me. I actually quite enjoy seeing the different forms of Destruction others come up with." He smiled and waved goodbye as he left to head back to Universe 6.

"He's powerful my Lord. He could become even a match for you in time." I smiled at Whis's comment and turned around. "Yes they could. And when that time comes I'll see if we could have a fight. It would be quite interesting."

I lost the smile and began walking with my hands behind my back. "Let's hope he lasts that long."
