Chapters 6: Trial of Patience Part one

AAAAAAAALRRRRIGHT!!!! Sorry for such a long hiatus! I hit writers block, HARD! But, it's okay. I have the nect chaper alreqdy open and will Hopefully not hit another writer's block while creating. Once again, I must apologize. But, it is what it is. Anyways, here you all go! Enjoy!

//Male Reader's POV//

We arive back in our universe and stop make it back home. I had been trying to think of a unique way of using my new power of destruction. It's something brand new to me. It's like being handed a shovel then being told to make a mountain out of a molehill. I'm sure Vados will help me but, I'm still not sure.

"Are you alright, (Y/n)?" I look up at Vados seeing she is currently quite close to my face. "Yeah. I guess. Just thinking." My stomach lets out a loud growl clearly audible to even Vados. She mearly smiled and backed up a little to a respectable distance. "Well, I can't have you thinking on an empty stomach." She said making me smile. "I guess I could go for a little something." I said scratching the back of my head. She tapped her staff to the ground and opened her hand presenting the food I had made on that planet a while ago.

I smiled and we went to the dinning room. I took my seat and she served it to me on a plate. It was heated to just the right temperature as I took a bite of the meat. I could feel the juices fill my mouth as I began to chew. I let out a satisfacory "Mmmmmmmmm." happy with how the meat was re-heated. I looked over at to Vados as she poured me a glass of water. I finished what was in my mouth and smiled. "Thank you, Vados." I said causing a smile to grow across her face. "Of course, (Y/n)." She said before her stomach let out a pretty loud grumble causing me to smile and her face to turn red.

"(Y/n) I am so so-" she said before I cut her off by holding some food in front of her. "Want some?" She seemed suprised and her face turned a little more red. "I-I um... I..." She began before swollowing and opening her mouth. I put the food in her mouth and set it on your tongue then pulled my fork back. She closed her mouth then began chewing with clear enjoyment on her face. She closed her eyes seeming to have a little more red on her face. I smiled and held up another fork full as she opened her mouth.

Once we had finished our food I gulped down the last of my water and let out a satisfactory breath. "That was great." She nodded in agreement before waving her staff at the table making everything disapear. "Alright Vados. I'll be by the lake trying to think of how I'm going to create my unique form of Destruction if you need me." She mearly bowed and walked off. I watched her walk away for a moment then turned and flew off to the lake.

//Vados's POV (2 hours later)//

I walked the halls lost in thought. Thinking about several diffrent things at once. But somehow, a certain thought persisted and kept returning. One that no matter how many times I tried pushing it aside, it found it's way back into my mind. "(Y/n)..." I said softly placing a finger on my lips feeling them gently then stops and freezes a up a little feeling a wave of heat spread across my face. I kept walking a little faster now trying to distract myself form these thoughts. 'Why must these thoughts plauge my mind?' I thought as I continued trying to destract myself.

I began with dusting and cleaning, but to no avail. The longer I stayed in certain locations, the more I had thought of things he had come into contact with. I then tried to make (Y/n)"s bed, but that was no help at all. I had ended up holding his blankets in my arms rather then folding them. I then went and decided to do laundry. This helped temperarily, until I had gotten to (Y/n)'s clothes. Then the thoughts came back 10 fold. I felt as if I would never escape these thoughts. I had finally decided to tend to the gardens.

I had arrived at the garden and started nurturing the many verieties of plant life there. The thoughts began to fade slightly and I felt a little relief. That was, until I had heard a loud boom. In my curiosity, I went over and investigated this noise. I found myself watching as (Y/n) stood shirtless at the center of the lake transformed into his most powerful state sparring with what seemed to be nothing but the wind. Just throwing punches with his eyes closed wearing what seemed to be a displeased or unhappy expression. It was quite an interesting show of power and self control. He seemed as if he was walking on the water, taking very careful steps.

However, his punches shared not the same grace. With each punch thrown, shockwaves and loud booms of sound echoed thoughout the air. I observed as he threw a few heavy strikes before making a powerful and blisteringly quick leg sweep causing the water in the direction he was sweeping to create a large wave. I was so enfatuated by his form and deminstration of both power and control, that I had not realized I was staring. Once apon this realization I felt a large amount of heat to spread across my face then promptly turned returning to the garden.

It was official. These thoughts that had plauged my head where not disapearing. But why? Why would these thoughts leave? There seemed to be only one eplanation. One had stopped me imediatly apon realization. 'A-am I... Am I in l-love with (Y/n)?' I thought as I felt a large amount of heat spread from my core to my face. I shook my head quickly and held my head in my hands. 'It can't be... Can it? An angel falling in love with their destoryer. That's un heard of! And why (Y/n)! What would he think? Would he accept how I feel? Or ridicule me? Ugh. I'm so confused.' I let out a breath of annoyance and try to relax. Then, I find myself thinking about another possibility. 'What if he returns my feelings? What if... What if he feels the same? Where would we go from there?' This thought lingered on me for a while. But strangly, I found myself unable to stop smiling. The thought began to no longer bother me. And so, I went on to finish my duties. That is, until I heard a very loud yell followed by the sound of a massive explotion that caused the entire place to shake.

Whoo! Finally! Good god this took a long time! I am so sorry about that! I have been seeing your comments and all I can say is thank you. Thank you all for the support to make this chapter. I am so happy all of you are enjoying the story so far. Thanks to all of you, I think I might be up to doing this a little more often. All of you, ladies, gentlemen, and those of of unspesified gender have all been so motivating. Thanks to all of you, this story us actually the number one story about Vados in all of Wattpad. Granted there arn't many to begin with, but still. Going over to this story in my Books writen section and seeing that #1 is a big moral boost.
