The golden rays woke me up
From a slumber of beautiful dreams
I opened my eyes with a frown upon my face
Thinking 'It's just another day'Life changes and nature shows its magic
Ignoring this beauty and thinking of my duties
I time my day
Thinking 'It's just another day'.The birds chirp, the winds rustle my hair
But all I heard are the car horns and
The drills of civic life
Thinking 'It's just another day'Childhood memories lay upon my wall
But I, I glance at them
Just like every other day, thinking it as a duty
I had taken upon my life, what is now a race
A race to reach the never-ending end
Because I always thought
'It's just another day'.______________________________
I wrote it when I had been younger and much more understanding. Now, I cannot seem to think as such. I have forgotten and gotten involved in the world affairs and living by it's norms.

PoesíaMy thoughts in verses is a bunch of poems that I have written at various stages of my life. Whether for completion or for leisure, all of it has a bit of my crude essence. *The picture on the cover does not belong to me. I do not take any credits.
