The BBQ

Grayson's pov

After everything we've been through with Lindsey and Layas ex boyfriend possibly coming back for her i woke up feeling groggy, I feel like the past few days have been nothing but stressful so i think we should just have a day to get the pack together and have some fun, ya know let loose especially before the ceremony i don't want anyone thinking about all the negativity that's been going on so a BBQ is what we will do.

I immediately got out of bed being careful to not wake up Laya and went to go find Ethan, he was in the kitchen getting a drink when i pulled him to the side. " Ethan we need to talk about something" i said " well what is it?" he said curiously "well after the craziness for the past couple of days i think we should have a pack BBQ" i said " i honestly think that's a great idea why don't we go shopping for everything and you tell the girls to start setting up ?" he suggested " will do " i said smirking.

I walked up the stairs to the bed room to find Laya sitting up on the bed, " Good morning beautiful " i said while kissing her cheek " Good morning Gray" she said smiling which quickly began to fade i already knew what she was thinking " Babe i want you to know that we are having a Pack BBQ, today is a day to just let loose and have fun" i said while grabbing her hand " okay baby what do you need me to do? " she ask " just set up the house for it okay? don't stress and have fun " i said smiling she smiled back " okay my love thank you for everything" she said while kissing my cheek gently " uhh you missed Luna" i said smirking she playfully smiled and slapped my arm and placed a passionate kiss on my lips, she couldn't get anymore perfect.

Layas Pov

Grayson just left with Ethan  so i went to get Oliwia so we can set up the house for the BBQ, after setting up the bbq put the chairs and tables out we put the finishing touches which was lights and setting up the dj when the boys finally got back home. They began setting up the snacks and drinks and turned the grill on to let it warm up when the rest of the pack began coming outside for the bbq.

I can tell tonight is going to be an amazing night, i silently began smiling at myself when Grayson came up to me, " hey beautiful" he said pulling me by my waist " hey handsome" i said giving him a light peck on his cheek, " whats making you smile?" he questioned " i'm just really happy despite the whole thing with Lindsey and my ex i'm truly happy in this moment with you and the pack" i said hugging him tightly " well i'm glad your happy now lets go have fun " he said while grabbing my hand and pulling me to the dance floor. As soon as we got the dance floor i heard my favorite song Dirty Wine by Wizkid, i instantly smiled " i love this song " i said to gray and he instantly smiled and pulled me close, he had his hands on my waist as i began to grind against him let just say i felt a certain thing beginning to poke me but i didn't mind in fact it turned me on so i just kept dancing. I turned and faced him we were swaying back and forth enjoying each others company. i turned and looked at the rest of the pack and i saw they were all truly happy, dancing and eating just having fun i can see they don't have many moments like this with all the drama but i'm glad they are all happy.

After a while of dancing Gray and i decided to go sit with Ethan and Oliwia to eat some food and take a break dancing is pretty tiring anyways, as we approach the table i see Ethan and Oliwia in what looks like an almost heated argument Gray and i decide to sit down but Oliwia suddenly gets up and leaves.. well then i turned and looked at Ethan but he looked like he was about to cry, " Eth.. are you okay? i said while rubbing his shoulder " yea its just Oliwia she keeps asking when me and her are gonna do the ceremony and i have just been putting it off so shes kinda upset that you guys are doing it in a few days.." he said " oh well i-im sorry to hear that Ethan.. but why don't you do it ? i mean i know Gray and i were ready to do it once we found out we were mates.. so whats going on ? " i said " well the thing is as soon as we do our ceremony shes going to want kids and we all know whats going on around those times people always declare war before a pack is powerful.. and i don't just don't want to have children yet i want to wait we are all still young.." he said silently sighing " i completely understand where you are coming from when the time is right it'll happen ill go talk to her " i said smiling.

I quickly got up and went to the front of the house to look for Oliwia, but i couldn't find her i mean i saw her walk in front but maybe she went back inside. Before i could get to the front door i smelt something.. a ... a vampire i quickly gulped and turned around only to see someone i never wanted to see again, " J-Jack..." i stuttered " Hello Princess" he said slightly smirking.

Jacks Pov

I saw the fear in her eyes she could barely talk before she had the chance to say anything i ran up to her and broke her neck she part vampire she will heal, but little does she know what i have in store for her and he little pack.

Graysons Pov

Its been a while since Laya has went to talk to Oliwia and its been a little too long, i start to get worried till Oliwia comes out and smiles at Ethan and i, she seen the look of concern on my face and immediately asked whats wrong " Wheres Laya?" i asked " what do you mean Gray ? she was out here last i saw her with you" she said looking at me in a confused way " Oh No.." i said i quickly smelled the hair i smelled Laya and ... vampire which only means one thing Jack. I am going to kill him if that's the last thing i do .
