Lindsey's POV

i was walking in the woods to go meet up with the one and only Jack Avery, we had to come up with the best way to handle attacking Laya and kidnapping her before or after the ceremony soon enough i heard footsteps coming up behind me and there he was. To be honest i dont understand why she broke up with him he was gorgeous his curls, his eyes, He was perfect beyond belief.

" h-hi" i said stuttering a bit "hello " he said beginning to slightly smirk then i heard a noise and giggling and i saw a girl she must be a vampire too i picked up her scent yup vampire greatttt.

" whose that?" i begin to question " oh that's my girlfriend Miral" he said slightly pulling her close " and you must be Lindsey" she said confidently i nodded my head slightly " now what is this i hear you asked my boyfriend to help with a certain ex girlfriend problem ?" she said walking towards me, " y-yes Laya.. Laya Garner she just moved here and she claims to have found her mate" i said before being cut off " okay and whats the problem ?" she said slightly annoyed " well she thinks this alpha is her mate, but hes mine ive been in love with him forever and we dated i know in my gut hes my mate " i said slightly annoyed " well does he have a scent to you?" she asked " what do you mean ? he smells like me a wolf " i said taken back a little bit " then hes not your mate, your only mates if the scent is like vanilla or Forrest pines and irresistible smell that's how you know if you've found your mate."

" Are you calling me a liar ?!! " i said making my eyes grow yellow " woah calm down wolfie i am not calling you a liar but i can tell what you are though" she said beginning to slightly smirk " what is that blood sucker" i said beginning to snarl at her " well you are simply jealous she has what no longer wants you but since i dont like Laya as much as Jack we will help you destroy her" she said " i am not jealous but lets get this over with shall we? " i said smirking.

Laya Garner i am coming for you and you will pay for taking the love of my life from me if its the last thing i do i thought to myself.

Layas POV

We decided that tonight that Grayson will lure Lindsey to the back yard over an open fire, to make it seem like we are no longer together he has to try his best to keep her interested in the idea of them becoming one again. it pained me to know that my mate is going to confess fake love to a horrible and selfish lunatic like her but if it meant my safety i know he would do it. At this very moment i knew i loved this boy to death and id do anything for his safety.

Hours begin to go by and she still hasn't come yet, i begin to grow anxious " babe im going outside now stay hidden and with Ethan so i know you are safe " he said calmly i nod my head so he knows i understand. Ethan then grabs my hand indicating that we need to go but of course before we left i gave Grayson a light kiss on the cheek. i know we haven't done much since becoming mates but i want to keep things special until the day of our ceremony, he smiled and nodded his head telling me to go and with that Ethan and i hid. I dont have a wolf scent unless your my mate but other then that i smell like a human so i know this should definitely work on her she is quite dumb.

Grayson's pov

I begin to patiently wait for Lindsey, but in no time she finally shows up " hey? whats up?" she asks " sit Lindsey we need to talk" i said point to the the chair next to mine by the fire, " Lindsey ill be honest with you i miss you, i miss what we had the love we shared its not the same with Laya and i so i decided to walk away from the relationship with her regardless of what she says you were always my first love" i said while grabbing her hand " i always knew you loved me and still wanted me Dolan, i miss us just as much as you do but what do we do with Laya you know she still thinks shes your mate right ? " she said snobbishly as much as my wolf wants to rip her apart for saying these things to me i have to stay focused on what i have to do.

" i dont know honestly, i just thought we could run off somewhere anywhere but here" i said calming " but i have a plan already" she said smirking " and whats that" i questioned " well i got into contact with somebody who hates her just as much as you and i and turns out they'd love to take her off our backs, Gray this is our chance at happy ever after and i love you and this pack." she said smiling " what exactly are these people going to do ?" i said curiously " they'd kidnap her torture her somewhere far from us so we can be happy and maybe even find a way to kill her" she said beginning to stand up.

She held my face in her hands, and began caressing my cheek lightly " i will do anything for you my love even if it means killing her before the ceremony." she said smiling 

That's it i've had enough of this, i slightly started backing up " Gray? whats wrong isn't this what you wanted ?" she began to question. Right as she said that Laya came out from behind her and began attacking her which was pretty hot if you ask me .

Layas POV

I had enough of hearing the evil vile things she had to say before i know it i just pounced on her and began attacking, my eyes were blurry my wolf was in control, i finally got control back and she was sitting on the ground with tears " Grayson why?!?!?! i thought you loved me " she said sobbing. " No Lindsey i never loved you, you were never my first love Laya will always be my first and last love no matter what it was never you Lindsey. The words flowed right off his tongue and i couldn't help but smile. " i know all about your plan and this was our to get you to confess infront of the entire pack just how vile you are and just how far you are willing to go out of jealousy and now you have to pay the price" i said smirking.

Just like that several pack members picked her up and began binding her arms and legs together just as Ethan and Grayson were about to kill her i spoke " Wait, i think i have a far better punishment for her" i said smiling " whats that my queen " Grayson spoke " how about i completely strip you of you supernatural abilities that way you will be non other than Human another thing NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CAN TURN YOU into anything supernatural" i said smiling evily at her " No please just kill me ! i rather be dead then to be human" she said begging .

" Venire ventus venire,sinere solus sentire , venire nunc nunc venire, venire venire venire" And all fell silent i instantly did another spell to wipe her memory of all of us so she would cause no harm to us and the pack and the rest of the supernaturals. One of the pack members ran her the furthest hospital claiming they didn't know her but she was passed out so of course the hospital took her without hesitation. Finally no more Lindsey no more problems but i still have that eerie feeling that something is coming but the crazy part is i already know what and who it is...
