Layas POV

I feel weak, i feel drained i can hardly move being chained up and drained of blood every now and then but something felt different today it feels as if its my last day of living because I've given up so much on myself. I mean Graysons with Lindsey and i'm here chained up cant see him so i wont be able to break the spell. Jack was going on all yesterday about how they are performing the ceremony to make her the packs Luna.. i mean it hurts me to know that it came down to this, me getting kidnapped her having to cast a spell on Grayson just to make him love her... when all i did was be myself.. but evil wins again i mean who am i kidding id never be a good Luna i cant even get out of this hell hole or these chains for my mate.. i rather just die here then live and be tortured everyday. I was then brought out of my thoughts to see Jack standing there with something in his hand. " well well i'm guessing you're ready to die" i slowly look up at him and nod my head " i'm ready i have nothing to live for you and Lindsey took everything a way from me.. now i have nothing. " i said hanging my head low " alright if you say so yourself" he says and he pull out a gun i look at him shocked that he would shoot me i thought he'd do it with his bare hands. I close my eyes waiting for impact ..

Ethans POV

The pack and were in the woods where Layas scent brought us and soon after we arrived Nate and his friends appeared, we looked for hours its currently 6pm so he have very little time to find her and get her to that ceremony. As we were searching we came to a hidden cabin that reeked of Vampires, she has to be in there.. i turned to Nate and he slightly nods him and his friends will go in first and we will follow, as we begin to get closer we all heard a gun shot from inside and then a loud howl. I turn to Nate" its Laya " he shouts we instantly all run in the house not caring if we get hurt in the process. Any Vampire that stood in our way to stop us from getting Laya was now dead with there heart ripped out or there throat ripped out. Once everything stopped we smelt blood. I seen Nates eyes turning bright red but shut his eyes and controlled his thirst i mean after all it is his sister, " shes hurt" i said we followed the smell of the blood to a basement door.

Layas Pov

After i shut my eyes i heard Jack pull the trigger, the Bullet was laced with vervaine and wolfspane, my eyes were getting heavy as i felt my breathing start to slow down. I held on to staying a live and fighting the urge to give up when i heard the door open, I see my brother Nate i smiled at him " Laya look at me " he screamed i looked him in the eyes " Nate y-you f-found m-me" i said smiling " i had some help" he said and moved out of the way and i saw Ethan " E-Ethan" i said he looked hurt but he grabbed me and began taking the pain away " No E-Ethan don't i'm not ready" i said looking at him he nodded his head and helped me up and held me bridal style as Jack walks out from the corner " well isn't it nice to see you again Nate " he said smirking " why Jack why do you have this thing where you want to hurt my sister ALL SHE EVER DID WAS LOVE YOU" my brother spoke angrily at Jack " Love me ?.." he paused and began to laugh " she broke my heart when she left me " he said " Tha'ts a lie you broke her, you abused her and hurt in more ways then one so lets be honest why'd you really take her ? " Ethan spoke finally " fine because Lindsey wanted to be with Grayson but Laya was in the way of that so i made a deal with her i got a witch to perform a spell so Layas wouldn't work on Lindsey " i sat their in disbelief " and i'm just holding up my end of the bargain which was to kill little miss Laya" he smirked

Without any hesitation i heard my brother hiss and attack jack " RUN!!" he said to Ethan , Ethan ran but told the rest of the pack to help Nate out, i kept fading in out of unconsciousness " Laya stay with me we are almost there" i smiled lightly and tried to fight as long as i could.

Ethans Pov

I was losing Laya, we are 5 minutes away from the pack house and its 7:58, i was speeding down the street with one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding Layas hand i pray to god that she keeps fighting i know shes strong enough but i don't know just how weak she is.. i pull up to the drive way and get her out right as the ceremony begins .. "GRAYSON" i shouted he saw my face and could tell i was worried and scared but Lindsey pulled him " come on baby lets finish this " " okay babe" he said and smiled . what the hell do i do ?!?! she has a spell on him and the ceremony is about halfway through god what the fuck all he has to do is put the stupid necklace on her and shes the packs Luna. i looked at Laya and she whispered something " me i'm the only one that can break the spell " i looked at her " are you sure you can do this your weak Laya " i said sounding worried she nodded her head.

Layas POV

Ethan gently put me down, i was bleeding and losing alot of blood but ill do this because i love Grayson and She just wants power.. Ethan lets out his Alpha Howl indicating that everyone sits , i began to limp towards both Grayson and Lindsey she had a smirk plastered on her face. i have to do this i lift my hand up but nothing happens i'm too weak.. i look at Ethan and he rushes to Lindsey and pushes her back and holds her to keep her from hurting me or stopping me . Grayson looked confused and he didn't know what to do. " Grayson its Laya " i said weakly " w-who's Laya" he says " i- im your m-mate" i stuttered " you cant be Lindsey is i love her i don't know you " he said angrily those words hurt so much but i kept pushing. Soon enough i was a few inches away " GET AWAY FROM HIM" Lindsey began to shout " shut up " he said to her. I Grabbed Grayson and pulled him down.. i kissed him ever ounce of love and passion i had i put into that kiss.

Graysons Pov

When she kissed me i was confused, then a flush of memories cam flowing back my Laya is kissing me i began to kiss back and i felt so much love and passion from her kiss. I was lost without her and now i have her back in my arms, i released the kissed and saw her smiling she looked so weak and fragile. I turned around to be met with Ethan and Lindsey " Kill her" i say to Ethan and with out hesitation he ripped her heart out . I turned back to Laya she was pale " Laya are you okay" she looked at me with tears in her eyes " i'm dying Grayson " she removed her hand from her stomach and he hand was covered in black blood which meant she was poisoned " No no i cant lose you Laya" i said with tears in my eyes " i love you Grayson " was the last thing she said to me before she collapsed in my arms " Laya.. LAYA... " i shouted i picked her up and brought her in the house. The rest of the pack piled in trying to figure a way to save her.

Ethans Pov

i went back to the house to see Grayson pacing back and forth " E shes dead.. " he said to me " i put my head down. what could we possibly do. He lost the most important person to him.

Layas pov

As i lay here lifeless i remembered i cant actually die i may look dead but im not im actually peacefully sleeping until my body can heal on its own and god only knows how long that will take but how do i show them im here even when im not... i begin to think then i remember i could use my powers now to show them. i instantly flicked my hand up opening windows and doors " Bro what the fuck is going on " Grayson shouts i grab the paper and began to write on it " Dude look at the paper " Ethan says i began to watch Grayson hesitantly grab it and he looks up in shock " What is it ?!?! " Ethan shouts Grayson looks down at my body " Its Laya shes still alive.. shes just asleep.. " he says as he begins to sit next to my lifeless body, he began to caress my cheek i smile as i watch him " i love you" i whisper in his ear he smiles " i love you". i can only hope that i wake up soon...
