September 7th
12:30am
Manhattan New York

The two were now faced with the hardest part of the night, saying goodbye.
It was now 12:30 in the morning and the last train of the night was about to leave in five minutes.

Harper stood in Corbyn's arms, his head in her neck while hers laid on his shoulder, tightly wrapped up in his arms.

Corbyn wasn't ready to say goodbye, in all honestly he wasn't sure he'd ever be able to say goodbye.

"I don't want you to go" he whispered, he could feel himself getting sadder as the seconds went by, and so could she.

Harper would have rented a hotel, stayed the night and spent the next day with her bean, enjoying every second of it- but she had work the next day and she couldn't miss it, thus a three hour train ride and only a five hour visit with Corbyn- she wanted more time with him, in a way she felt like she wanted forever with her best friend.

"I don't want to go either" she whispered back, feeling his grip tighten around her, she knew it would be hard to say goodbye, but she never thought it would be this painful.

"Last boarding call for train 7 to Pennsylvania" Came Over the speakers, causing a loud and very sad sigh to
come from harpers pink lips as she pulled away.

"I will see you soon bean okay? You're my best friend, my most important person, I love you" She smiled sadly, placing a kiss on his cheek before pulling away and walking to the train, making eye contact with him as soon as she sat down.

Corbyn watched with spots of tears prickling in his eyes while the train pulled out of the station, watching her zoom away, having no idea when he'd see her next, or what would happen between them before he got to see her next, what if this was the one and only time he ever saw her?

Corbyn knew one thing after today, he figured out that he could sit there and tell himself that they were just best friends, that that's all he saw her as, but he was lying, watching her walk away was one of the hardest things he's ever had to do, and that's when he knew.

He was falling in love with Harper Wallace,
the girl who was taken by another man.

While Corbyn fell asleep that night, thinking about the perfect evening the two had shared, thinking about his feelings and how he was doing to deal with them

Harper fell asleep thinking about Jake.
