The Untold Paradox

Chapter 21

Her heart could not beat anymore not after what she had discover about Han Soo. Her tears could not stop roll out from her eyes. She did not just lose the person she loved but also her mother. As she finally got up the slop to walk into her new decorated home, she did not realize Woo Bin was waiting for her. As she open the shop house door she could feel someone was behind her. She turn around and saw Woo Bin. She breathe in and wipe her tears away and says,

"Good evening Sir."

"Are you alright?" said Woo Bin as he walk closer to her.

"Yeah...I am fine. Excuse me but I need to...." before she could continue her tear start to roll out of her eyes. She turn around and try to control herself but suddenly Woo Bin pull her into a hug and says,

"It's alright just cry." Nana start to cry loudly, a sad cry that make anyone around her cry without reason.

Sitting at the first floor of the renovate shop house, they look out of the glass window with 2 cups of coffee that Nana had made. The first floor was revamp to a living room and a study area, while the big kitchen had been revamp as a new kitchen with new cabinet and new equipment. Nana sat opposite Woo Bin while he sip his coffee.

"Um...just like how your mother use to make for me nice." said Woo Bin while Nana give him a weak smile.

"Thank you for saving my son life." said Woo Bin.

"Your son? Sung Woo is your son?"

"Yes my crazy son."

"Wow...I can't believe he is your son."

"True...no one can't believe he is mine too. How you're feeling now?"

"I'm not sure, I just can't take everything right now. I trust them, I trust him I wish I did take that offer. I wish that I would just rot in prison without getting my heart hurt like this."

"I am sorry but what actually happen." said Woo Bin who was shock to heard that she just got out from prison.

"The police found me in a warehouse near to a dead body who was my friend. He was stab and the weapon was in my hand. The police immediately close the case and presume that I kill him."

"What!!!!Was your mother still around when this happen?"

"Yes, as she tries to find evident or witness her got into a hit and run accident and pass away on the spot. The prosecutor would not let me see her for the last time, she was buried without me around." Said Nana who was staring on the ground while allowing her tears roll out from her eyes. Woo Bin look at her, he felt his heart was breaking, how can god allow such a nice girl to go through all that? How? What sin did she do that she had to go through all that? Why he was not there went Na Young needed him? Woo Bin could not allow her to go through any of that any more. He stood up, walk to her, squat down to her level and says,

"You are not alone anymore. I'm here" Nana look up at him but no word could come out from her mouth. Woo Bin pull her towards him and hug her just like she was his daughter.

The next day, Nana did not felt like going to school. She called Seol and Ban to inform that she was not feeling well right after what happen the night before. Right after Sung Woo's dad came and consoles her, she did felt better but she was not ready to meet anyone that day. She knows that they still have a long way before they crack the case but she just want to be herself. Nana went to her desk and starts to clear up the mess that she had made a few days ago when they did not have any clue with the case. While she was clearing up her desk she was reading through the case file again when suddenly she stop when she read that the victims was send to the school counselor 4 months before they commit suicide.
