Chapter 17

Chul Woo, Nana, Jun Ho and Bora was waiting at the same spot as they saw the mystery guy the day before. They were waiting and waiting and waiting till they were unable to wait anymore.

"Are you sure you guys saw him here?" said Jun Ho.

"We did!" said Chul Woo while Nana nod her head.

"And you are not hallucinating him?" doubt Jun Ho.

"No Jun Ho we saw him there walking to the corner and he walk to the bus stop." explain Chul Woo.

"Maybe he just walk there yesterday and he is not going to pass by here today." said Jun Ho again. Everyone look at him angry at how Jun Ho was so negative. Then Nana saw the same guy was walking the same way he went the day before.

"There he is!!!" said Nana while she point to the man. Every one look at who she was pointing.

"Ham Min Hoon!!!" said Jun Ho.

"Who?" said Nana.

"Ham Min Hoon the scary geek from school." said Jun Ho. Everyone look at each other, since they were shock to know that he was one of the student.

"Come on let go to him and kick his ass." said Chul Woo but Nana immediately pull Chul Woo hand and says,

"No...we need evident to show it to the school we can't just beat him up."

"That true." said Bora.

"Fine...what do you want to do now?" said Chul Woo.

"We go back...meet back at school tomorrow." said Nana.

Nana walk up the slope to her house when suddenly she was a lot of people coming out from her shop house. She run to the shop house to see them change the place around. She try to ask around but no one answer her question of who they are and what are they doing in her house. Nana took her phone out and dials Officer Seol. After a few rings she answer Nana call,

"Nana!"

"Ajumma did you send anyone to the shop house?"

"No why?"

"There a group of people here and they are I don't know doing a makeover to the shop house."

"Did you ask them who send them?"

"I did but no one answer me. "

"Wait there Officer Ban and I will be coming to see you."

"Oh...thank you." said Nana while she hangs up the call.

While Nana was waiting for Ajumma and Officer Ban outside of the shop house, a black Mercedes stops right in front of the shop house. Nana tries to peek who was inside the car and saw Mr Tae Woo Bin the same man who came last night looking for her mother. She was sad that he was unable to see her mother when she was still alive but what else could she do, he came too late.

"Mr Tae what are you doing here?" said Nana while she walk towards Woo Bin.

"I'm here to see how the progress goes." He said while someone from the makeover team walk towards Mr Tae Won Bin.

"Good afternoon sir."

"Right how the makeover of the house going?" said Woo Bin. Nana was stun at what Woo Bin had said.

"It's going as plan and we'll be finishing soon sir." Said the team leader who is in charge with the makeover of the shop house.

"Good. Nana from today onward I'll take care of you and the first thing I want to do it to ensure that your house has all the things needed." said Woo Bin without hesitation or waiting for Nana to accept it. And he will still do it even if she reject his offer.

"I'm really thankful for what you want to do for me Mr Tae but I am actually comfortable with what I have now."

"Nonsense.... you're a 18 years old teenage I want you to have a proper home even when your mother is no longer around. And since we are talking about that from now on I will ensure that your daily expenses is cover and you don't have to work so hard at school cause I'll be taking care of your college fees. Just tell me which school you want to do in if you want I could send you to oversea to study." said Woo Bin again making Nana more uncomfortable. Nana look at him and was speechless she does not know what to say. Why is he being so persistent on taking care of her while all those year when her mama need someone why was he not there for her?

"Woo Bin what are you doing?" said Seol while walking to them.

"Seol I was just telling her that from now on I am taking care of her and all of her expenses." said Woo Bin.

"She's not your charity Woo Bin!" said Seol harshly.

"I am not doing this for charity, I am doing this cause I want too. How could you let her stay alone in this big place without anyone with her?" said Woo Bin.

"Woo Bin I suggest you go back." said Seol angrily. She did not want Woo Bin to be any where near Nana, especially when she is an undercover agent for them. Woo Bin look at Seol, he know how much she had hated him after she found out that he was marry and had hurt her best friend. He understand that normal for best friend to hate the person that had hurt their friend.

"I leave but that does not mean that I would stop what I want to do. They will leave after they have finish." said Woo Bin before he walk back to his car and drive away. Seol look at Nana and says,

"Call me and tell me if he comes again." Nana only nod her head.

"Let's go somewhere and eat, we come back after they have finish with the renovation." said Ban. Seol and Nana agree and they walk down the slop to the nearest food store they could find.
