Clones

Ian appeared then again from the snow and clashed with my gauntlets. "Ian stop!" I warned. His katana kept on banging onto my blocking hands. Then I bashed him away like a rag doll again to the ice walls."We have to stop him" Sofia told me. "Why don't you do it" I insisted. "My pleasure" she grinned. I felt bad that Sofia was doing all the work so I told her,"Are you sure? You have been helping us since we started fighting opponents". "Nah, it's alright. Besides I like unleashing the Phoenix" she declined. Sofia's eyes flared up then casted flames on her palms. Ian then again emerged up from the snow then Sofia burst out flames that were directed to Ian then water dripped down."Yo! What the hell! Did you just kill him" Jules shouted. "That couldn't have been Ian" Sofia said calmly. "You're saying it's a clone?" I asked. "Ice clone. Moves and acts just like him. Only that, these clones were programmed psionically with the same movement. Their katana wielding swings continuously" Sofia informed us. "So where is the real Ian?" Thea asked. There were clones that emerged from the snow but this time the real Ian was there. "I'm surprised you've figured out how my clone's functions were" Ian said. He came out from all the crowded clones. "Enough games, Ian" I told him. "Sure" he said. He then ran towards us and the clones imitated his movements. We all retaliated the incoming clones that were all coming right at us. Sofia confronted Ian while me and the others killed off the all the clones. Sofia was shooting fireballs right at Ian but he just evaded every incoming flames. Ian came closer towards Sofia then he clasped both Sofia's hands together then froze them. Sofia was trying to ignite her palms but it failed every time. I ran to Sofia's aid but the clones kept on distracting me. Thea then fired three arrows aimed at Ian but he got caught them before they hit him."No" Thea whispered. Sofia's hands were turning into ice cold. Jules ran to her then he started to cover her hands with his scarf. Sofia was just there lying on the freezing snow while she cried a bit. I smashed the clones that were fighting me then I went to Sofia's aid."It's gonna be alright, Sofia" I assured her. "M-my hands are  numb  a-and I can't-" Jules stopped her. "Sofia there a lot of ways for you to burn. You just need to be creative" Jules told her. Sofia wiped her tears with her numb and cold hands then stood up. I saw Thea being cornered by Ian along with other more clones. "Thea!!" I shouted. I unbolted my missile wings then aimed at Ian. He disappeared then my missiles were scattered since they couldn't spot him. He slashed me when he came out of nowhere and threw out shurikens. I blocked them with my shield but he teared them with his katana. I pulled back the gauntlets then I inspected my arms if there were any grazes on it and sure enough there were. "Hurts doesn't it?" he said.
