Ariana's Pov

Numb. I felt paralyzed, I couldn't move. Even as hard as I tried. I was paralyzed and speechless. My vision began to blur, probably because of the tears that were going to cloud my vision. I could faintly see Sean running towards the accident, I still hadn't moved, I could see a big crowd form but....nothing.

...One Hour After

Staring at the clock on the wall, I watched as the time slowly passed by. "I got your food.." A voice said, I looked up and saw my mother standing over me. I nodded slowly and accepted the food from her, I held my fork in my hand and looked at the container, my hand constantly shook, making it impossible for me to actually eat.

"Eat please" I heard a deep voice say, I turned my head slowly and Sean was scratching his beard. I began to shrug which immediately made him sigh, "Babe, please" He said deeply, I saw the look of desperation in his eyes and all I could do was nod and apologize.

After I had finished my food my mom had taken my container and given me a blanket, I scooter closer to Sean and draped the blanket over him and Jace before putting it over myself. "I love you" I said shakily which made Sean sigh and blink a few times, he puckered his lips and brought me closer to kiss him.

"They're going to pull through okay," Sean said in a deep tone, I nodded my head and leaned my head on his shoulder. "I'm scared honey," I said softly before holding his free hand, I played with his fingers and just sighed. "I know you are love, but right now we just need to pray for our children okay" He said deeply before kissing my forehead, I nodded and went back to watching the clock.

...Two Hours After

"Mr. and Mrs. Anderson, would you both follow me please. Your son may come, but just you three"

Walking down the semi long hallway, I turned and saw an operating room. I squinted my eyes until they were damn near shut, I felt a hand placed on my waist so I gave up and turned around. "Right in here," The nurse said while holding the door open, I quietly thanked her and stepped into the room.

"Good evening Mr and Mrs Anderson," A man said after he stood to shake our hands, I politely spoke and sat down in the chairs we were directed to. Sean pulled the blanket up over Jace and made sure he was okay, I looked up and noticed that a police officer was also in the room with us. "Alright, I know you two may be on edge but we need you to explain the accident" The doctor said which made me furrow my eyebrows, I looked at Sean and he shook his head.

"We didn't see much, I was holding the kids bags and Ariana was talking to me. We we're both looking at each other but when we saw the kids they were safe, just playing with each other at the end of the driveway." Sean said calmly, I looked at the police officer as he scribbled everything down and I started to get nervous. "Wait why are you asking us this, our children our fighting for their lives and you're making a report" I asked semi-loudly, Sean grabbed my hand and told me to calm down but I couldn't.

"Ma'am this is required for us to assess the accident" The officer said, I nodded my head and sat up a little. "Key word, accident" I said kind of loudly, he cleared his throat and Sean sighed. "I saw what happened.." Jace said semi-quietly, I snapped my head over to him and he shrugged. His eyes were red and puffy and my heart broke at the sight of him like this, he sat up on Sean's lap and fiddled with his hand.
