Chapter Twenty Four

hi, hello.
i am trying to get back into the habit of writing and updating more. i try to stay inspired but things just get so crazy these days. ummm anyway kinda starting to develop a storyline though. one that'll like end the story smoothly ya know lololol.

anyway, enjoy this chapter and stuff.

Sean's Pov

"Mama," I said groggily as I felt around the bed for her, I heard a quiet hum so I slowly opened my eyes and looked around. I yawned and stretched a little before sitting up completely, I saw Ariana sitting on the floor unpacking things, I smiled at how beautiful she looked doing something so simple. "Shouldn't you be sleeping" I said groggily, she looked over at me and pushed her glasses up on her face.

"Well we have so much to do I just couldn't stop unpacking, I haven't slept in three days, and we have to decorate and just make the house perfect" She rambled as I stood up, I shook my head and walked over to her. "You haven't slept in three days, Mama come on" I said angrily as I held out my hand, she sighed and took my hand. I helped her up and led her to the bed, she shrugged and laid down slowly. "Every time I close my eyes..I see them." She said quietly which made me sigh and sit beside her.

"Mama, you can't keep doing this. This isn't healthy for you. I can take you to a doctor, whatever you need but you cant keep going without sleep."

Ariana sighed and just nodded her head, I kissed her lips softly and pulled the comforter over her. "Try to rest please," I said quietly as I carefully took off her glasses, she pouted and grabbed my hand. "Please stay" She said quietly, I nodded and quickly got into the bed with her, I wrapped my arm around her and watched as she laid her head on my chest.

After a few minutes, I could faintly hear Ariana snoring and I couldn't help but crack a small smile. I wasn't tired myself, so I just laid there, thinking about anything and everything. I heard the bedroom door slowly open so I tried to look in that direction, I saw a teddy bear being placed on the bed before I heard a little grunt. "Daddy" Jace mumbled, I chuckled and patted the space next to Ariana.

"Lay down son, go back to sleep" I said quietly before Jace moved around a little, once the movement stopped I ran my fingers through Jace's hair and waited for him to fall asleep also. The sun wasn't even up yet, so I basically just spent hours laying in the bed with my two favorite people. Nothing was better than this, without Ava and Andrew I felt empty, but whenever I'm with Ariana and Jace I feel whole again, almost complete.

8:33 a.m.
Sean's Pov

My eyes blinked open and I was met with the bright rays of sunshine that were coming in through the window, I groaned a little and looked to my side. I noticed that Ariana and Jace were all cuddled up under me so I carefully tried to slip out of bed, Ariana moved a little but never woke up. "Hang up the curtains please honey" Ariana mumbled, I laughed and nodded my head even though I knew she wasn't looking at me. "I'm on it Mama" I said groggily before I did a little stretch, I felt a sharp pain in my side but I paid it no mind.

I started to grab all of the things for the curtains and began to put them together, it only took me about ten minutes to hang the curtains and within an instant the room was pitch black again. I dragged my feet to the bathroom and closed the door behind myself, I looked at myself in the mirror and saw how rough I looked. I rummaged through all of the boxes until I found all of the things I needed.
