Macy’s POV

It’s been a month since naging boyfriend ni Aliyah si Blake. I’m so happy for my bestfriend kasi finally, nakita na niya ang lalaki para sa kanya. Ang swerte ni Aliyah kay Blake kasi siya ang lalaki na type ng halos lahat ng babae sa school namin except for me and our friends. Type nila si Blake kasi: he’s hot, he’s a gentleman, he’s handsome and he’s the sweetest boyfriend you’ll ever have and many more. Marami na ding haters si Aliyah kasi Blake’s her boyfriend and you know mga fangirls ni Blake.

Nandito kami ngayon sa resort nila Kuya Alex, for the preparations for the wedding. Napangiti na lang ako sa nakikita ko, si Aliyah at si Blake naglalakad sa may dalampasigan habang magkahawak ang kamay nila. They look so good together is an understatement. They’re a perfect match. Reality hit me when someone tap my shoulder.

“Stop smiling like a fool.” I immediately looked at him.

“You don’t have the right to tell me that.’’ I said. He did not bother to answer me instead he sat beside me.

“How are you Mace?” he asked me.

“I’m good.” I looked at him then I flashed my sweetest smile at him.

“Great. So…’’ sabi niya sabay kamot sa ulo niya. He looks so cute.

“So??” I arched an eyebrow, waiting for him to answer.

“I’ve heard that you’re mad.”

“Mad??Mad about what?” ano ang pinagsasabi ng lalaking to?? Bakit naman ako magagalit?

“About me kissing Tasha infront of you.” He stated.

“Me?? Really?? Wala akong karapatan magalit Drake and who the hell I am to be mad at you and Tasha?” I asked him.

I heard him sighed before answering my question.

“You’re my friend and my ---“ I cut him off. Friend?? Ang sakit ah.

“Yeah I’m just your friend.” I said then I stood up.

“Where are you going Mace?” tanong niya.

“To my friends, I don’t want to waste my time talking to you about those bullsh*ts.” I said then tumakbo ako papunta sa mga kaibigan ko. Nakakainis talaga tong si Drake. He’s making it hard for me, for me to keep my feelings for him.

Bago pa ako makalapit sa kanila ay nahawakan na ni Drake ang braso ko at hinarap niya ako sa kanya.

“What now?” I glared at him.

“Hindi mo ako pinatapos sa sinasabi ko. Just hear me out.” Sabi niya with pleading eyes. Nakakainis naman oh! Bakit ba mahal ko tong taong to?

“5 minutes.” I said then I crossed my arms.

“okay. You’re my friend and my girl. I’m really sorry for acting that way. I know you’re mad seeing me doing those things. You’re important to me Macy.” Sabi niya habang nakatingin sa mata ko. I can see that he’s sincere and he meant it.

“Is that all? Okay. Apology accepted. Happy now?” Sabi ko then tinalikuran ko siya.

“Wait.” He grabbed my arms again.

“What?”

“Sorry and here.” Sabi niya sabay abot ng isang envelope saakin. Pagkatapos ay umalis na siya. Tiningnan ko kung ano ang nakalagay sa envelope. “Macy” and I can tell na handwriting to ni Drake. Ano ang nakain ng lalaking yun?? Important daw ako sa kanya?? Really??! I can’t help but smile at that thought.
