I was so disappointed because of my Dad. He did not let me meet Liam yesterday. It was his birthday and I was not there! Girlfriend niya ako and I should spend some time with him.

Napatigil ako pag-iisip ko noong nagring ang phone ko. I did not bother looking at the caller ID.
“Hello”
(Is this Wren’s number?)
“Yes. The hell are you?”
(This is Adriece sister ni Aliyah.)
“OMG! Hi Ms. Adriece. Ba’t po kayo napatawag?”
(I just want to let you know that I am going to send an invitation sa bahay niyo or sa tinutuluyan mo. Kaya mag-aask sana ako kung ano ang address mo?)
“No need na Ms. Adriece kukunin ko na lang diyan sa inyo.”
(Okay then. I’ll text you na lang the details okay? Sige bye.)
“Thank you Ms. Adriece.Bye.” I ended the call. Hmm baka invitation yun para sa birthday ni Aliyah.
“Was that Liam?” Dad asked me from the kitchen narinig niya siguro na may kausap ako.
“No. It was Adriece Watson.”
“Oh! Daniel Watson’s daughter? You’re friends with her too?”
“Yes Dad.” Simpleng sagot ko.
“Okay-okay. Anyways,you can’t go out of the house today.”
“Dad naman! Ilang araw mo na akong di pinapalabas ng bahay simula noong photoshoot. Ni hindi mo nga akong pinayagan na makipagkita kay Liam sa birthday niya.”
“Rules are rules Wren. This is your punishment for leaving California without even telling me.”
“URgggh! You’re impossible Dad.” I said then pumunta ako sa kwarto ko. I slammed the door really hard para malaman ni Dad na galit ako.
Nakakainis talaga siya. Palagi na lang niya akong pinagbabawalan and he likes manipulating my life. Being an only child is so damn hard kasi napaka protective ng parents ko. Kainis.
Humiga ako sa bed ko, hays! Kumusta na kaya si Liam? Ano na kaya ang ginagawa niya ngayon? Malungkot ba siya?? Kumain na ba siya?? O di kaya kasama na naman niya si Aliyah? Napatigil ako sa pag-iisip noong nagring ang phone ko.

I looked at the caller ID before answering the call.
Calling L <3...
Napangiti ako noong nakita ko kong sino ang tumatawag.
“Hello” medyo Masaya kong sabi sa kabilang linya.
(I miss you already Wren.)
“I miss you more Liam.”
“Where are you? How’s your day?”
(Malungkot pero di na kasi makikita na kita.) Sabi niya saakin.
“Huh?”
( Girl wearing black.) sabi niya mula sa kabilang linya and I can imagine him smirking right now.
“Where the hell are you?”
(Look at your window.) Napatingin naman ako at nakita ko siya, nasa kabilang building siya. Nakatingin siya saakin at naka smile and he’s wearing his favourite black shirt. Damn that guy.
