Good Life Gone Bad (An R5 Fanfic)

Chapter 28

Chapter 28-

“C’mon Ross it’s okay.  Please just let us get through this.”Rocky whispers.

Ross nods and Riker continues to talk to the crowd.

“Our father passed away from a drug accidentally put into his system, its really confusing.

Our Dad attacked Ross, then Rydel and I. Then he attacked Ross again and Rocky tried to fend our father off and accidentally stuck a syringe of a drug into his arm which instantly killed him.

It was only for self defence”. Riker explains that and the crowd stays quiet, some people getting teary eyes.

“The police aren't accepting the fact i killed my dad for self defence so i-i-i will be going to to j-jail.” Rocky explains, he stutters but takes a deep breathe and calms down.

The crowd are quiet, the band not knowing what to say. They wanted their storey to be heard but they just couldn't get themselves to talking about it.

Its all quiet when a small curly haired blonde girl yells.

“We love you guys, we’re here for you”

The oldest blonde boy smiles.

“We love all of you too, it breaks our heart knowing the band will end. But we will always be family.

The R5 Family” Ryland says.

The band perform one acoustic song. “Ready Set Rock” Their first and last song as a band.

Ross-“Ready set rock

          Just can’t stop

          Going into earthquake after shock

          Ready set rock”

Ross finishes the last part of the song and then the tears start flowing. Ross breaks down in tears and Riker moves towards him and pulls him into a hug. The rest of the band jump off the stage and  give hugs to all the fans in the front row both the fans and band members shedding tears.

 They pull themselves back on stage. By then Ross was calming down.

The young blonde didn't want to say goodbye to his dreams, the things that made him happy all had something to do with this band or the R5 family. No-one knew how hard it was for him to let go of this, Ross’ siblings had almost been forced into learning all of this.It was different Ross had been brought up into this band. There were no other memories as a child but this band. 

Ever since Ross could remember he always had a guitar or microphone in his hands and now today could be the last time he felt the rush of adrenaline dancing around with his brothers whilst playing the guitar, the feeling of success when he reaches the high notes he never thought he could hit. Ross’ whole life was dedicated to performing and practicing with his voice and guitar.

It all ended today. The day he most dreaded was happening.
