A Girl Like Her (STUDXSTUD)

Chapter 18.

Ariel

"You're so cute!" JoJo giggles while reaching up, pulling my curls. I chuckled and held onto the teddy bear that I had just won for her while holding her hand with my other.

"You know, I try I try." I laughed as I looked down at her.

We'd been hanging out all day, and honestly she's taken my mind off of Jaie and Chris. We've been shopping, out for lunch, and now leaving the fair. We went on all the rides and played some games and shit.

"You ready to go home?" I asked as I walked her to the car, opening her door for her and watching her get in. Once she was in, I handed her the big teddy bear and she nodded. I smiled and closed the door, then walked over to my side and got in

Once we got into her house, I lied on the bed with her. I played on my phone while my head was resting on her lap and she leans against the headboard while French braiding my hair and talking to me about random things. We've been hanging out constant for a few days, and I've really been enjoying it. I can tell she's feeling me and I'm not quite sure how I feel about her yet but I know somethings there. I haven't fucked with a fem like this, but her vibe is different. She's not needy and all over me. She's chill and she can just just lay with me and talk and play in my hair and shit and be cool.

I'm surprised we had so much to talk about actually. She even asked me questions about 'slim' and I. I answered them honestly, and the only part I lied about was the fact that we 'don't talk like that' anymore when we really do. She said she could tell that I still had something for Jaie, but I tried to convince her that Jaie is and will always be in the past.

What sucks is that Jojo is her friend, so if we ever did take things to the next level then I'd be risking losing Jaie and everything that we're building. Well.. We're not building anything but you know.

"You mentioned to me earlier that you were looking for a job, and I know it's not something big but my friend works at a real estate place and she needs an assistant. She pays $20 an hour." She said while finishing up my last braid. I sat up and smiled at her.

"Really? Damn, thanks for lookin' out ma. I'd like that."

"Okay I'll text her and let her know what happens." She smiled before reaching over picking up her phone. I nodded and licked my lips before grabbing the water bottle that was resting on my lap and took a sip out of it while watching her.

My phone vibrated and I pulled it out. It was a text from Jay. Woah I haven't talked to her in a while.

Jay: Hey, wanna go to the park with Armani or something?

I tried to hide my smile and texted back.

Me: Sure, in like an hour?

Jaie: Gotcha.

I slid my phone in my pocket and looked at Jo.

"Hey lu one I gotta go and pick up Armani. I'll come swing by tomorrow Okay?"

She smiled and nodded before sitting up a bit, wrapping her arms around my neck and hugging me. This girl is sweet and her hugs make me like her even more. I don't even know how.

I leant down and pecked her lips softly and her eyes widened while her cheeks got super red. I chuckled and got up, sliding on my shoes before grabbing my keys.

"So cute." I smiled before winking and turning, walking out of the room.

"Hey love." Jaie smiled as she leans closer, pecking my lips. I smiled and wrapped my arms around her waist standing there staring at her for a second before letting go and walking into the house. I could stare at this girl for hours man.. she's so beautiful. And I wonder why I can't get over her. I see her underneath all her 'stud looking' outfits and I see her for the woman she is. And she's completely beautiful to me. She makes me forget all of the shit that's been happening and everything that previously happened because like.. Damn I don't even know. Her smile just distracts me.
