Apocolypse Rising

Chapter 6

We sat there talking for about a good hour about our old lives and what we could of done ect, then all of a sudden I heard a blood curdling scream.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! " I could hear the fear, the groaning. Jipsy jumped down the ladder I followed behind her.  There were 9 walkers eating at Andreas flesh.

"Ohmygod! " Romita screamed grabbing her gun popping shots, she didnt aim for the head ,they were still eating her.(She didn't aim that well) everyone was panicing. I saw a sword on the wall, rushing toward it I picked it up ramming it into the zombie who had andreas arm in its mouth. The blade went into its back, slicing up to its head falling to the ground. Jacey grabbed her hand gun and shot at 2 zombies ,they fall to the ground. Chris dragged andrea to safety, knowing she would slip away he atleast had to try. The rest of the group was trying to kill the walkers. Walkers were chasing olivia.

"WATCH OUT!" I jumped into a zombie stabbing it's head then picked up my swiss army and threw it at the other one.

"....Thankyou..." She ran and hugged me.I hugged her back.

"Romita I need you! " Chris hollered. Chris was in medical school before all this happened. He looked too young but he was a smart kid.

"W-what do you need?! " tears were running down romita's face. Andrea was her best friend, she was dying infront of her with her blood on her hands.

"Bandages, Antibiotics, Scapal, Alcohol, just get what you think I need!" chris shooded her away. Andrea cried,

"Hnnng…. m-my….. arm. " You could tell her energy was fading. Chris put water on ber to cool her down.

"I can fix it." Chris made Andrea feel safe, until he saw the bite on the back of her neck. He looked at her with puppy eyes,knowing he can't fix that.

"Its spreading fast. " Romita came back with all the things he needed. Olivia rushed over to Chris and Romita as well.  Romita was panicing.

"Calm down! " Destiny came over her shoulder. Andrea was loosing herself quickly.

"Stay with me… " chris whispered while andrea took her last breaths… her vision was blurred….

"Deuuaghh…. " that was her last breath of air . Her body went limp.

"She's… ." chris checked her pulse.

" NOOOOOOOOOOO" Romita cried into destinys shoulder. The zombies were scattered. Their was more and more coming out other entrances. 

"Guys.....!" Jacey screamed trying to keep the zombies at a limit, she was just wasting amo.

"We have to leave!" Jipsy hollared while firing shots. "Now!" Romita didnt move. She sat there holding andreas lifeless body in her arms crying.

"Romita…. we have to go! " Jacey trying to pursuade her. Romita didnt answer to her. Destiny opened the supply closet and threw jacey, jipsy and I cans of gasoline. We began to pour it all over the warehouse. Before that we grabbed other things and put them in our bags.

"Set fiiiireeee, to the house" Jipsy sang.

"Not the time! " Destiny yelled. Romita sat there. Andreas arm twitched. She was changing quickly. Everyone got out the warehouse except Romita, she stayed there with andreas zombifying body. Andreas eyes opened to see a yellowish brown eyecolor spreading through her. Romita wiped the tears from andreas face. Jipsy lit the match in a matter of seconds the building was on fire.

"Is everyone alright… .?" I asked.

"Romita stayed….. " kendal whispered.

"God bless her soul… " Destiny prayed. Chris held on to jacey tighter then ever. The sun was rising, it looked beautiful. The yellow, reddish color in the sky, absolutely mesmerising… We began to get in the truck and set up for a new base.
