"Confirmed. It's Vertigo."

That confirmation made me stunned. Damn! I thought I'm already prepared for this scene. But shit! It still have a big impact on me.

"Is there any possibilities that this murder was connected to THEM?" Putol putol na sabi ni Frizian. Somehow trying to pick up the right words.

Bigla namang tumahimik lang lahat. Nakikiramdam. Biglang tumayo si Reynard.

"If it's connected to them then we need to extract every detail that we can get from that vertigo."

"Right. Kirstein, can you extract information from the drug alone?" Dagdag na tanong ni Cliff.

"I can try but there are some instances that the server can be tracked by that syndicat--"

"That's enough." Putol ko sa sagot ni Kirstein. "We have a case to solve. We can deal with that later."

Narinig kong napabuntong-hininga ang mga babae.

Bigla naming nakita ang isang police na nagmamadaling tumatakbo papunta samin.

"Nandito na ang mga suspektado. Nasa interrogation room silang tatlo. Tapos na silang tanungin ng HQ detective, kayo na."

Tumango lang ako sa pulis.

"Salamat boss." Sagot ni Cliff.

"Oh my god! I'm really fired up right now." Sabi ni Frizian sabay sipa nito sa isang lata sa kanyang paanan. Bigla itong lumipad malapit sa murder scene.

"Hey, Frizian, careful!" Sita ni Winter. "We can't use our football skills for this case."

Nauna na akong tumungo papunta sa interrogation room. Sumunod naman silang lahat. Naabutan ko ang tatlong hinihinalang suspect sa krimeng ito. One of them might lead me to the syndicate.

"We're here to conduct some questions." Sabi ko sa nakabantay na guard.

Tumango lang ito at pinapasok kami.

Sa loob ng interrogation room ay may isang mahabang mesa. Sa dulong bahagi nito ay nandoon ang tatlong suspect. Isang babae at dalawang lalaki.

"What is this? Natanong na kami kanina. I have important things to do kaya mauuna na ako." Said by the tattooed guy.

"Did you know that if you ever step out of the room when interrogation has not yet started, without prior excuse, that defines you as the crime suspect?" I said as I leaned on the nearest wall and fixed my cap.

Napaupo naman ulit ang lalaki.

"Let's start with this." Sabi ni Reynard sabay labas ng ipad. "You three we're seen today with the victim before she died, or let's say, murdered. Mr. Wills was seen around 10 in the morning on the cafeteria with the suspect. Miss Pumpkin was seen around 2 in the afternoon on the victim's office. Mr. Ruiz was seen with the victim around 4 in the afternoon giving the victim a box of chocolate. Is this right?"

Tumango naman silang tatlo.

"What's your connection to the victim, Mr. Wills?" Patukoy nito sa lalaking madaming tattoo.

"She's my ex-fiancé."

"And what's the reason why you came to see her?" Tanong ni Kirstein.

"She called me 2 days ago that she wants to cancel the marriage. I don't have any idea of the sudden change of heart. I'm on Paris that time kaya plinano kong umuwi agad para kausapin siya. That's when you see me." Pag e-explain nito.
