Cant go back

Mikasa's P.O.V

I wanted to go back so badly. But I couldn't. I couldn't go back to having my heart broken all the time, being beaten up by Annie, etc...

I knew that Eren would come looking for me. It was ever so obvious. I just had to get as far away as possible before he was to come looking.

It has been 3 hours since I left the walls I believe. Hard to keep track of time these days. I had gotten to a large forest. Possibly occupied with titans but that is a risk that I am willing to take.

I entered the forest. I was constantly looking around. I'm going to risk anything. I'm not going to die today. I want to live freely outside of the walls and today was my day to prove it.

I wander around some more. No hope for anything though. Just the same old same old. I really want to go back for Eren but my heart would only get broken.

WHY AM I FEELING ALL THIS?!?!
