They say to burn your bridges...
But why?
What if I want to go back and travel down memory lane?
Not all bridges leading back will lead to bad.
Sometimes it helps us.
It is only after a storm can we see a rainbow.
Some bridges do indeed need burning.
Like best friends who have turned on you.
Or that time in your life when you sunk too deep.
But there are other bridges that are crucial to keep, for sometimes it is forgotten to mention that we are oftentimes crossing a bridge.
What would happen if you burned that bridge?
You would fall.
So please my dear friends, use your matches wisely.
