Grayson's POV
Ethan just told me Hailey is going back to New Zealand, I can't believe it.
I lost her
"Grayson she's leaving tonight" Ethan says patting my back.
"WHAT" I storm out of my room making my way to her house. I burst into her house to see Just Esther's dad.
"Is Hailey here?" I ask frantically
"I'm so sorry you've just missed her by a couple minutes, they're off to the airport"
"Thank you sir" I reply rushing out the door and sprint for my truck.
As I reach the airport it's so big I have no clue what I'm doing. I'm usually with Ethan or my parents, I'm lost.
Until I see her
"Hailey!!!! HAILEY HAILEY PLEASE" I shout running to her, she sees me and freezes. Her eyes they look broken.
Hailey's POV
I had to get the earliest flight m, I knew I had to do this and I didn't want Esther convincing me to stay.
"Please Hailey don't do this" Esther repeats so many times I've lost count.
"Esther I've changed since I came here, I wish Grayson and I came with no problems, but we do. It's just lust, and it's tearing me apart. He hurt me Essie and being his neighbour kills me." I reply, she brings me into a hug.
"He's not a bad person Hailey, you need to at least talk to him before you leave"
At that moment I heard someone shouting my name.
It was Grayson
He sprints up to me, I couldn't help it but hug him. I squeezed his body so tight and began to cry.
"This isn't lust, this isn't a crush, I'm falling for you" I say breaking down.
"Hailey I'm falling for you too"
I look into his eyes and he's seriously beautiful.
"Then why did you get with Bayleh?" I pull away, realising why I'm leaving.
"Will you listen to me this time, it's not what you think. Please Hailey."
"Fine"
Grayson explained everything, and all I feel is guilt and relief. Bayleh is an evil bitch I should've seen it coming when she gave me the smirk at his window.
"Grayson I'm so sorry I didn't let you explain."
"I know how you can make it up to me"
And at that moment our lips collided with the most intense connection I've ever felt. I've missed his presence in my life. I felt happy.
"Flights to New Zealand depart in five minutes "
I pull away from Grayson, pulling back into reality.
"This isn't going to work Grayson, we had this most amazing moment but I will have to go to school with a fake boyfriend and see you holding hands with another girl."
"Please stay till tomorrow at least, I have a plan"
"I don't know"
I have to make a decision. Do I stay with Grayson or go back home to be with Jack. And I have no time to think.
