17: The Wedding Of Scotty And Gabi

-Saturday Evening-

Dylan and I arrived at the airport amd Scotty and his fiancee, Gabi met us there and so we walked over to them and started talking up to them about their big day that was going to happen in less than 5 hours. So I went over to Gabi and Dylan went over to Scotty and so here is my conversation with Gabi:

MY CONVERSATION WITH GABI:

Me: So I'm sure that you are ready for this, but you're nervous.

Gabi: I am nervous but I AM READY to marry my best friend.

I looked at her and said, " Your ring is beautiful!"  "Thank you so much!" Then after that, I gave her a hug and we walked over to where Scotty and Dylan were. Scotty looked at his future wife and said under his breath, "Oh my God, she looks stunning!" All he did was cover his mouth and then he started crying. Dylan and I walked over to him, put our arms around him and told him some comfering words. He looked at us and said, "Thank you both so much for the consoling. I apprechiate it." "You are so welcome. Both of us care about you and your fiancee." Scotty just smiled at him. Then it was time for the ceremoney to start.

The Ceremoney:

Scotty went down to the end of the aisle and waited for his future beautiful bride to come down the aisle with her father. Dylan and I went to a pew and sat down. Gabi walked down the aisle alongside her father.  Then when Gabi stood next to Scotty, she burst into a huge smile and whispered, "I love you." Then Gabi said her wedding vow to Scotty, "Scotty, I want to thank you for all the adventures that you have taken me on." Then Scotty said his vow to Gabi, "Gabi, I love more words can say and so I want you to spend the rest of my life with you." After vows were said, they exchanged rings, "Gabi, take this ring as a sign of my love and graditude." Scotty put a ring with a single carrot stone on her hand. Then Gabi said hers, "Scotty, take this ring as a sign of my love and graditude." Then Gabi put a silver band on Scotty's hand. After that they went over and they each lit a unity candle to symbolize each of them as individuls and then took those candles and lit a bigger candle to symbolize them as a couple. After candles were lit and exchanged, they walked back over to the preacher and he said, "I would like to announce the new Mr. and Mrs. Scott Cooke McCreery. Scotty, you may kiss your bride." So then Scotty lifted Gabi's veil and they shared their first kiss as husband and wife.

At The Reception:

Scotty and Gabi walked into the reception, hand in hand and the dj said, "Ladies and gentlemen, please may I announce the new Mr. and Mrs. Scott Cooke McCreery!" Then all of us stood up, including Dylan and I cheering on the new couple. The new Mr. and Mrs. McCreery took their first dance as husband and wife and the song that was played was called, "I Love You This Big." While they danced, Scotty was holding his bride close and whispered to her, "I love you this big, honey." He looked at her ring, kissed it and said, "That ring is stunning! So are you." Scotty decided to go up on to a stage and perform a for his bride. The songs that he sang was called, "I Love You This Big." So while he was singing to his new bride, Gabi, she looked at him, teary-eyed. After he sang that song, he came down offstage and walked over to his bride and said, "That song was for you, baby." "Thank you so much, honey! I love you." Then after the reception, they walked over to Dylan and I and said, "We want to thank you two for coming to our wedding. Also something else we would like to say, when we have a baby we would like for you two to be their godparents."  Dylan and I looked at each other and said, "Absolutley! We would love to! Thank you both so much!" Scotty walked to us and shook hands and gave us borh a hug and said, "So I'm glad that Gabi shared the news with you of if we become parents, you two are going to their godparents." "We would be honored!" Then we left to go on home to tend to our children.
