6 - Wedding Planning

So one day while Dylan was home from touring, we sat down and started discussing about our wedding plans. I looked at him and asked, "Where would you like to have our wedding ceremony?" "I was thinking about that myself and I thought we could go somewhere warm. How about the Bahamas?" "That sounds great!" "I'm going to start looking online to see if there are any suits up for sale." "Alright, well I'm going to look online as well for wedding gowns. See you in a little bit." After we talked, he went into the living room and started looking on his phone, online to see if there were any tuxedos up for sale and I did the same on the computer and started looking for wedding gowns. I started scrolling through pictures of wedding gowns and found the perfect one.  The one that found was strapless with a long train and veil. I tried it on and sent my fiancee a picture. All he thought when he saw the picture was, Oh my God, she looks stunning! I can't believe that I am going to marry this beautiful woman in this beautiful gown. Wow! So after I sent the picture, I sent him a text: 

Here is a picture of the gown that I am getting married in to you for our island wedding in the Bahamas. I love you so much. I can't wait to see you. I miss you so much!

After the text and picture were sent, he called me and here is our conversation:

Dylan: That picture that you sent to me is STUNNING! 

Me: I CAN'T WAIT TO MARRY YOU! I'M SO EXCITED!

Dylan: I know. I'M EXCITED TOO! I CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE YOU MY WIFE FOREVER!

Then after he said that, I had tears in my eyes and he said, "Alright, I'm going to get off of here and I'll be home in a little bit. I love you." Then after we got off the phone, I decided to try on my wedding gown again just to make sure that it still fit and IT DID! Then I heard the door open and then heard my fiancee walk up the steps. I turned around and all Dylan did was stand in the doorway with his mouth wide open and eyes wide. I asked him, "What do you think?" All he said was, "Oh my God, that dress is absolutely stunning!" Then I wrapped my arms around his neck and gave him a kiss. After that I took the dress off and said, "I'm buying this." Dylan looked at me and asked, "Are you sure? You don't want to look through any more dresses?" "NO! THIS IS MY DRESS!" So then we went to the counter and the cashier asked, "Hi, have you found what you are looking for?" "We have." So then I pulled out my wallet from my purse and then Dylan saw my wallet and he said, "Put that away! I'M PAYING!" So I did as I was told and he pulled out his wallet and paid for MY wedding dress and also his tuxedo. Then we went on home and went to bed, we had a big day tomorrow, OUR WEDDING DAY!
