Chapter 1

I'm in my bed laying here, thinking to myself " what am I doing up?"

I got up to use the bathroom. I checked my phone it was 4:30 in the morning .

I couldn't go back to sleep so I went
on my phone till I got tired or whatever. I texted my best friend Katrina to see if she would be up, doubt it.

She answered " look at that" I said

Kat🙈❤️: hey! What's up?

Me: laying in bed. I'm super bored

I waited for her response .

Kat🙈❤️: you know who might be up to cure your Bordem?

I replied

Me: who? 😏

I waited, it took a few but in that time I got some food. By the time I came back I checked my phone, Katrina replied.

Her response

Kat🙈❤️: your loveaaa ( Matt )

Oh my gosh, the fact she called him my loveaa.

Me and Matt are what you could say pretty good friends. We have known each other since 4th grade.

Some people think we are dating. We never thought or talked about being more than just friends.

I myself have thought about it here and there but I didn't really like Matt like that... Or do I?

My favorite hobby is to penny board and lay out in the sun.

I took Katrina's word and texted Matt to see if he was up.

He replied

Matt😉: Hey.

I replied

Me: Did I wake you?

Matt replied

Matt😉: No, but if you did there would have been consequences 😂

I read the message.

I called him ....

Phone rings

* Matt picks up *

Me: " oh so there would be consequences if I woke you huh?"

Matt laughed " yea there would have been"

Me:" oh and what would they have been" I said being the ass I am.

Matt:" you don't even want to know"

I laughed " what are you doing today"
I asked

" you mean later? We'll nothing really why do you ask" he says

" I wanted to know if you wanted to hang out maybe " I said

"That would be cool, yea we should go get some Starbucks and penny board" he said

I smiled so big and forgot Matt was on the phone. " I have to go pee I'll call you later" making an excuse to smile and freak out.

I was only freaking out because a few reasons

1: Matt is so fun to hang with, he just brightens my day

2: we'll last year I was diagnosed with cancer, me and Matt didn't get to hang out as much. We did but not as much as we used to.
This was a cancer free year and I was excited Because when I had cancer Matt and I would hang out . When he would visit or whatever it's like I didn't have cancer or I never thought about it, I forgot about even having it .
