I woke up
Everything was blurry
The place looked different
Oh yeah I'm at kats
I stretched out and got up
I grabbed my phone and went out for a walk
I didn't want to be bundled up inside all day
I decided to go to the park and get my thoughts straight
I had a hoodie on
I didn't look up
I kept my head down as I was walking
I looked horrible
I decided to turn my phone on
Wasn't the greatest idea because I had bumped into a stranger
I was afraid to look up
"I'm so sorry miss" the voice had said.
It was a male
His voice sounded familiar
So I looked up.
It was Matt...
I didn't want to bump into him
His face was red and puffy
"Lizzie loo-" he tried saying
"Matt no. I don't want to speak to you. What you did was wrong. It hurts me to say this as much it hurts you to hear but I think we should take a break. I'm sorry. I just can't handle it"
After that I walked away
I looked back to see Matt still standing there
I had to do it.
There was no other way to do it.
