Lizzie's pov.

I kissed Matt, he's such a sweetheart .

I felt the same about every word he said about how he felt

It was silent.

"Hey Matty"

"Yes"

"Wanna come to my house?"

"If it's ok"

"I'll ask my mom"

I texted my mom and waited for a response. In that time I got some food with Matt.

My phone went off

My mom said that's fine , she also said he could stay the night if needed .

I smiled

I looked up from my phone to see Matts face a mess of food .

I Laugh

I get a napkin a wipe his face .

He blushes and smiles.

"Aw Matty"

"Shut up "

I give him a pouty look

" you know I'm only kidding "

" ya almost done?" I ask

" yea, wanna get going?"

"Yea"

I grab his hand and we start running .

He stops .

" why are we running when we have our boards?"

"Ooh right " I say

We get riding

We get to my house

"Want anything?" My mom asks

"I'm good, you Matt?"

"No thank you " he says being the gentleman he is.

My mom knows me and Matt have been really good friends since fourth grade.

We went up to my room.

Matt plopped on my bed.

" wanna watch a movie?" I say as I take my shoes off.

"Whatcha got?"

"Uh let's see"

"I gottttt- before I could finish Matt came over and stood beside me .

He smells so good.

Stop it liz, you already made it awkward enough from that kiss.

I turn around

"Hey Matt"

"Yea lizzy?"

"Can you be honest with me about something?"

"Of course"

"About that kiss.."

"Lizzie, I was so shocked you kissed me, It felt like nothing before " he says coming closer to me

"Really?" I say smiling

"Yes of course"

He says pulling me into a hug

"Hey Matty"

"Yes Lizzie"

"What does this mean now. Like are we a thing are we dating ?"

Matt lift my chin up and looks at me.

"We'll I wanted it to be the perfect moment to ask you out like on the beach but since were standing here in your bedroom alone...... Elizabeth Marie rose will you be my girlfriend ?"

He says on one knee

I pull him up and push him on my bed and kiss him passionately

He pulls a way. " wait is this a yes?"

I smile and kissed him again .

We pull away and just lay in bed looking at each other

"Lizzie I could tell you so much about how I feel about you"

I start to feel my cheeks get rosy read

He rubs his thumb on my cheek

I start to yawn

"Aw you look so adorable when you yawn" matt says

I punch his arm playfully .

I get up and get ready for bed

I take my make up off and get my looney toon pajamas, a tank top and a sports bra from my drawer.

I was having trouble taking my bra off ...

"Hey Matty"

Matts pov.

Lizzie called me into the bathroom.

"I need you to unhook my bra"

"Okay" I unhook it and walk out .

I was on the bed laying down waiting for Lizzie

She looked beautiful even without makeup.

Lizzie came to lay down

" hey Lizzie is it ok if we cuddle"

"Matty, I know your trying to be gentleman but cuddling you don't have to ask about" she says giggling

" we'll I don't want to move to fast"

" that's one of the reasons I love about you, your such a gentleman, most guys aren't " she says

"I'm not most guys, I'm Matt " I say smiling

She smiles

"Goodnight beautiful"

I say kissing her head

I cuddle her and pull her into my chest.
